I know this good all too well............he is a good player, but can tell you that he is NOT ready for D1 basketball............he has played HJ and lost to HJ the last three years in the playoffs!!!!!  He was never even the best player on the floor.......I would be surprised if ROC was really looking at this guy!!!!!

In the first round you have two games that feature two first place teams from 4 of the leagues.............Orange Yankees play the Vidor Cubs and the Groves Giants play the Twin County River Bandits!!!!  Should make for an interesting tourney..............two league leaders will be gone after the first round!!!!!  Good seeing all of the guys that we have grown to be friends with over the last few years!!!!

Vidor Cubs are the team to beat......... ;D ;D ;D Heard the Groves team is the Giants........ All teams from TC are terrible and will not win a game..... ;) ;) ;)

If and when the Kountze job comes open I DO NOT expect any BIG names to be in the running.....they will look for someone who has not made a name for themselves and that is looking to make that name.  It will be someone with a local flavor though, but not who most expect.

Great camp and Little Lazeek will be back for his 4th consecutive year!!!!!!!!

I can already see who the favorite is to win the PONY Pinto Division in All Stars........as if all of SE Texas did not already know that!!!!  Hope Hal is the coach.........such good times!!!

My boy went to his evaluation and did very well..............he rated as a PANTHER on the Cat Club which is level 5 out of 8.  Much better than I thought he would.............now time for them to break him down and build him back up!!!!  He is going again today and cannot wait!!!!!  I actually saw him do his vertical...........not too bad!!!

Evaluation is at 5.  I am easy to find but will not be there until about 515!!!

HJ Tourney is December 9-11th...............YMBL is moving there date to the 2-4th!!!!!!

My son and a friend are signed up for their evaluation on Monday.  After that we will start sending them at least twice a week.  I expect to have an NBA/ MLB player on my hands in about 12 years!!!!!! :D :D :D

Gonna be a fun week in Vidor.............cannot wait!!!  Tell Clint I will be anxious to hear his commentary and the music he chooses over the speaker system!!!!

Has anyone done this?  Like it or not?  Opinions please.  I have a son who will be 9 in June and looking to improve his speed, quickness and more than anything get him to drop some pounds.

Tournament is May 7th-May13th and Vidor is the host!!!

Gotta love those HJ kids contributing at Lamar!!!!
