5:00 JV Game 6:30 Varsity Game at Hardin-Jefferson Friday night.

My buddy was off yesterday.  I will have a number this morning some time.  Pro's and con's to the Ford Park deal.  I like it from a broadcasting stand point as well.  I like it that you don't have to get there so early.  I like it that I could hang out in the suite before the game.  I like it that it is all stadium seating. However I do feel it takes away from the BIG game feel.  We have gotten use to getting to the game at 5:00, sitting through 2 games until the BIG game, standing in line, etc.  It has a playoff game atmosphere, but just no the same as the past Silsbee/HJ games. With all that said, I agree with the games staying at Ford Park.

I agree.  There is nothing exciting about a blowout in the Girls Varsity game.

My real question freeze is it that HJ plays a weak schedule, or that you feel that they don't get enough exposure for their players??  THat is what it really sounds like to me!!!!

State Title in 2007 and State Semis in 2009 with the so called "patsy" schedule.

My question is with Central and Silsbee playing such tough schedules over the last 6 years is how many D1 offers have they received?

You ever stop long enough to think that: 1) HJ has no control over who they get matched up with 2). This has always been a 12 team tourney and 3 teams dropped late and EC was very limited on who they could get to fill in as evidenced by the fact that it ended up as a 9 team tourney this year EC has traditionally been a very competitive tournament that got some bad breaks this year

Here you go again.  Just can't help yourself can you?  I would have thought you would have learned your lesson about running your mouth the last time you got on here and did it. Do some research on what happened to this tournament before you pop off.  Coaches should know better.

Why did Hull-Daisetta drop out of the East Chambers Tournament this week?
