Great atmosphere at the game.....NOT!!!  Maybe 100 total people!!!  Lights were dim until tip off....guess they were saving on the electric bill!!!  Also play music after each shot???  WTH??

People don't pay $5 for high school playoff games. The whole idea is to get fans out there.  That won't happen by charging $13 a head.

I have just been asked to post this information regarding ticket prices for tonight's game between EC and HJ at Ford Park. Tickets are $13 for the game tonight.  YES, that's right, I said $13!!!!! This is not an EC or HJ decision.  This is not even a SETX Mustangs decision.  This is a Ford Park decision that they REFUSE to budge on.  The coaches were originally told that ticket prices would be $8 and both coaches expressed their concern for such a high price.  Then, today, they were told that it was $13.  However, Ford Park has been generous enough to say that if you show up in groups of 12 that the tickets will only be $8 per person.  Anyway, I was asked to pass the ticket pricing info. on to as many people as possible since this information is just now being given to the coaches. I think we all know now why no one shows up out there for games.  I have been told that one coach, for sure, has told his wife and kids to just stay at home tonight. So much for doing whatever you can to get people out to Ford Park eh?

I personally liked #45 from St. Gregory's.......and he is a Freshman!!!

Keep your comments to yourself Swag!!!!  Nobody blamed the refs....HJ beat themselves today....any other day and HJ beats NW by 15-20 points just as Kountze will beat NW!!!

I diasagree Slam!!!  Kountze will beat New Waverly with ease!!

Hopefully District 21-3A will get the sweep in the 3rd Place and Championship Game tonight..............let's go Bobcats and Hawks!!!!!

I would say Orangefield..........after going 0-2 in pool play and now being in the semi-finals.

OF was better than I thought after everything that I have read so far this year.........it still looks like OF relies on Hayes way too much.  Where is the big kid that OF had last season?

It is called letting the bench play!!!  Respect for another team....Gus pulled after throwing alley of backboard instead of shooting a lay up!!! 

HJ leads 68-28 after 3rd!!!  HJ played final 3 minutes of 3rd quarter with the Top 7 on the bench!!

But of course!!!

HJ leads HF 29-12 after 1!!!
