Kinda makes you wonder about what???  BH is a good 4A team.  As many on this board will tell you is that HJ is only got one good player and that they can't shoot.  HJ will be lucky to make the playoffs this season!!! ;) ;) ::) ::)

That is why HJ played Kountze this year.........a team that they knew they could roll!!!!! :D :D :D

Come out to Sour Lake this weekend to the NEW HAWK GYMNASIUM and watch one of the Elite tournaments in SE Texas and the Best Small School Tournament in the state of Texas!!!!!  The tournament has several state ranked teams in 3A and 2A coming to see who can endure what as known as the HJ Hawk Marathon!!!  There will be games going on in two gyms from 9am to 8pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday!!!!!  Best of luck to all the teams!!!

LU lost 96-78........did not make a single 3 pointer and gave up 9 of them!!!  Shot 41% which will win you a lot of games but not when you give up 55%!!!!!

5-0 run for Hawaii over final two minutes of half to extend it to 40-31 at halftime.  LU shooting 34% and 0-5 from downtown!!!

What did KBMT not allow Hofferth to go to Hawaii to do the game on KLVI or did KLVI not want to pay for the travel expenses for Hofferth to go call it???

At least someone is optimistic!!!!

I am confused.......is the thread about mediocre refs or mediocre OF coaching??? ;D ;D ;D Coach Rey does a great job over there and if anyone is complaining it is likely because their kid is riding the pine for the Bobcats.  If it is about the refs then just get over it........it is high school hoops and you play with the refs that are sent.........score more points and move on to the next game.

Professional refs call NBA games..........these are high school games!!!!  If you want to pay to see pro referees then go watch the Rockets play!!!  I grip about them as much as anyone else but they have also made calls that have benefited my team........they are not perfect!!!!  If you don't like the job they do.....then get a whistle and a striped shirt and you go call a game!!!!

BH and HJ will not play again this year...........so BH will have to go an entire year wondering about what could have been if they had not blown an 18 point lead!!! ;D ;D ;D
