[/quote] It is pool play for the HJ tourney and the pools were made about 2 months ago.  All depends on how the teams fair in pool play and how the seeding work outs!!!  If HJ and Kountze both play the way that they know how then on Saturday night we can have HJ/ Kountze Round 2!!!

[/quote] Come on utfan06.......#21 all that HJ has???  Please......how about the game that #50 Ricossa had!!!  I guarantee that he had at least 14-16 points and at least 20 rebounds!!!  He was huge tonight for the Hawks.  Also nobody seems to mention that Gus the starting PG for HJ fouls out with 2 minutes to go i the 3rd period!!!  HJ always seems to find the unsung hero!!!!!  They will be fine this year!!! Kountze is very, very good and will likely win 2a Region 3 for sure.  There is not a better one, two punch on a team in SE Texas in Walker and Brey!!!  They are great!!!  But other than #30 and #5 I believe those numbers are correct then Kountze has "NOBODY"!!!!!  If any of those 4 get into foul trouble then the Lions will be in trouble.

After seeing both in person tonight there is no doubt that Roman Walker is a much better player all around than Devin Brey.  Kountze has a very good team and will be very strong in Region 3 2A but this is Roman's team!!!

I agree but after Silsbee beat HJ easily in Sour Lake they took HJ for granted and the Hawks came in and won the game in Silsbee!!!
