You never can tell.......HJ made it to State last year and many folks had them not making it past the 2nd round of the playoffs.  Cleveland, Silsbee, Hudson and HJ will all be very good.  Any team that makes it out of Region III has a shot.

I am a National League fan but I think the Yankees buy themselves their 27th World Series in 6 games!!!!!

Coaching is tough because Sutherland was at both and won titles with both!!!!!  Joubert is a great coach as well and has won a title.  Since Joubert and I are friends and graduated together and Sutherland was my Algebra teacher in high school I will give it a draw!!!!! ;D ;D ;D Team wise you have you have to give the edge to HJ because they have had their way with Kountze over the last few years.  The edge is there but not by much!!! Player wise I will say that these two have produced some of the best high school players in SE Texas over the last decade!!!!!  Kountze has had the Hancocks, Peters, Hall, Busby, Brey and others that I am sure that I am leaving off.  HJ has had Tyler, Donahoe, Benard, the Burrells, The Williams, Turner and others that I am sure that I a leaving off as well!!!!  I will give this a draw as well!!!! ;D ;D ;D

Very ugly game on both sides.  Saw more flags thrown than in any game I have ever seen!!!!  All flags I saw were deserving also.  Longest game I have ever been to!!!!!  HJ played poorly and got the W 24-8 with 4 missed extra points!!!!  HF has a lot of heart and played with great emotion tonight!!!  hope they get the problems over there worked out!!

I agree with the exception of shooting guard..............Greyson is a better shooter than Prentice.  I based it on who I thought was the best 3 pt shooter in district!!!

Offensively I have Ricossa ahead of both bigs from Silsbee!!!!

No big man in 21-3A has more natural skills on the block than #55 Davis from WOS!!!  I don't care how the game in Silsbee has changed.  Offensively #55 is superior to anyone else in the district on the block!!!

The two bigs from Silsbee are good defensively but I looked overall and the Davis from WOS is a beast on the block if he can stay out of foul trouble!!!!  I made my opinion based on best at their position.......not the 5 best players in the district.

Last game that Spears played "on a big stage" he scored 19 points against Duke in the NCAA tourney........Coach K's shut down defended Chris Carrawell guarded him the entire game.

EC #10 and basically OF #11....................HJ #12 and beat both of them.......go figure!!! ;D ;D
