I think the schedule is great........Playing a bunch of really good teams that is for sure. Ozen, Central, Jasper, Spurger, Kelly twice, YMBL, Fred Williams Classic and SA tourney. That is strong. Hopefully they will not be to beat up mentally when district rolls around!!!! :D

Lazeek, it is important that you remember that this is just another "3-a" tourney taking place in a weak region. Oh yes, how foolish of me!!!!! :D

There is not another 3A tourney in the state that will be as good as this one!!!

So much for the home team shying away from competition in their own tourney!!!!!

I will save this thread for future reference. Also I know a guy that saw your team play a few weeks ago and he wishes that your team was on his schedule................not that impressive from what I was told!!!!

I will argue.....................there are not 5 teams that would beat BH by 70!!!! : : : I mean that is by 17-18 points a quarter on average.........I mean come on DV!!!!

If you had asked me before the season I would have said BC especially since the game is in BC. Now I am going with HJ because with the teams that HJ has played (Kirbyville, Cleveland and Vidor) that they will be prepared better than they have ever been. Hawks forget about last year and prepare as if this is the last game on the schedule and that you have to ahve it to make the playoffs. Take nothing for granted and do not over look this BC team.

Can't judge it off of current records..........BC and OF have played nobody.....Silsbee has played a tough schedule and HJ and HF are where people thought that they would be right now. WOS will still win the district. I look for WOS to finish first, Silsbee to finish second and HJ to finish third. The game between HJ and BC will be a war with the team winning likely finishing 3rd, but OF is a wild card and could be in the mix.

Great game Hawks you went up there and competed with one of the Best in the State in 2A!!!! You should be proud because you knew that you could hang in there while nobody gave you a chance.........me included!!!!! That is what I get for pre-judging!!!! Now it is district time.......3 wins.....lets get em!!!!!
