I am shocked that nobody has posted this already. Who plans to go? It is the on Saturday, December 19th at 1pm. I am going with a group of 11 people and we already have our tickets. Should be cool.

Whoa Spinks I was with you until you said that Tiger is the best putter of all time. You know as well as I do that it is easier to read and make putts on perfect fast greens. That is what these guys play on every week (with the exception of the Open Championship). The greens in the Jack era were far from perfect and even further from being fast. BTW.............Gentle Ben Crenshaw is the best putter of all time and I would likely put Loren "Boss of the Moss" Roberts ahead of Tiger as well. If you were referring to only the golfers that are "in the running" for best golfers of all time then I agree Tiger is a better putter than Jack, Hogan, Snead, Palmer, etc. I would love to see Tiger putt with a Bullseye putter on greens that are running a "smooth" 6 or 7 on the stimpmeter!!!! ;D ;D ;D

How about Harrington hitting two drives in a row over 370 yards? Jack never did that with the clubs he was using. Jack never hit a 8 iron from 180 over water!!!! Technology has it's benefits!!!

Have not found much on him............how good is he? If he is not rated as one of the best high school kids in SE Texas then how much help will he really be for LU? I heard very little about him last year.

Snead has the most wins with 88 and Nicklaus has 73 and now Tiger at 70. Golfers may play a few tourneys later in life but they know they will not be competitive. Tiger IMO will play about 5 more years and then scale it back big time. I expect him to break Nicklaus MAJOR wins record and then Sneads total victories record and then begin to become a family man and put golf on the back burner.

He had to walk two miles up hill with two feet of snow on the ground to get to LU back then!!!!! :D

I think that it is more along the lines of pure jealousy of what LU was then and what it will be in the future. I believe that LU in the next 5 years will be one of the best universities aside from Texas, TT, Baylor, A&M, Rice, TCU, Houston and SMU in the state of Texas. Being the 9th best school in the state of Texas is good enough for me!!! With the new construction, new football program we are heading in the right direction for sure!!!

People like you KDOSullivan is the main reason LU football failed before!!!!! This is "YOUR" school and you don't care......I just don't get it. I only went to LU for 2 semesters and have been a season ticket holder in basketball for almost 10 years now and will be a football season ticket holder soon as well.

Shooter why are you calling me out? I simply said they would not be in the Regional mix this year.......the two studs that Jasper had last year were the heart and soul of the team and will be very hard to replace the offense and heart of the the team. I also predict that they will make the playoffs and win a game or two this season.

If that is the price I think it is very reasonable for 6 home games.......I mean $20 per ticket per game is a bargain!!!
