Now I am leaning back towards select when you take into consideration of having to do concession stand duty, umpire duty and getting the fields ready.

All of this is really making me rethink the whole select option. It may be best to just play league ball for a few more years!!!

Right now I am leaning towards Select only but my son still loves playing league ball with all of his friends as well. Gonna be a tough choice come spring.

I am happy for the TC Mustang group.....we (TC #1 Pinto) scrimmaged this team two weeks ago and we faired well against them. Glad to see them playing well!!!!!!! Best of luck over the next two days!!!

Hey GOAT and GHOST how are the fields today?

The Young Guns is a great group of kids and parents. It is alot of fun and we are looking for "A Few Good Young Guns" for this upcoming Fall season. I would guess as a parent of a 8U Young Gun that we are actively looking for 3-4 kids to join our team. This team was just put together in June and played in two tournaments at Ford Park. The team played 7U and had 4-7 year olds, 6-6 year olds and a 5 year old. Cody is looking to make a 8U and a 7U team out of those kids and bring in another 10-12 to split between the two teams. We are looking for kids from all over the Golden Triangle to play on the Young Guns. If interested contact Cody Bryant with the info posted above. You can also PM me and I will give Cody the info.

TC stayed in Port Arthur after the games were cancelled and took batting practice for about an hour. I hope we hit the ball as we did last night in practice. It will be fun if we do!!!!

Anxious to see if the TC kids (or parents) ;D ;D ;D can get over the mental block of playing Vidor. Vidor seems to be our nemesis the last few years.
