The #4 3A State Ranked Hardin-Jefferson Hawks take on the #1 3A State Ranked Waco La Vega Pirates from Johnson Coliseum on the campus of Sam Houston State University in Huntsville.  The Hawks (39-1) are coming in after defeating Sealy 78-64, and Navasota 68-64 in this years playoffs.  HJ was the co-district 21-3A Champion this year.  The Pirates (33-1) defeated Tyler Chapel Hill 88-46 and Waco Connally 70-31 to earn their way into the Regional Tourney.  LV was the champion of district 19-3A.  Winner of this game will play against the winner of the Silsbee/Athens game on Saturday at 6:00pm.
