Golfers are athletes!!!!!!!!! I may be 5'10 and 280 but I am still an athlete. Just ask Nostradamus!!!! Several years ago (like almost 20 years ago) I took him down in a game of 21 in front of Coach Breithaupt!!!! ;D ;D I have played in tennis tournaments, softball games, basketball games, etc. I may not be able to dunk it, hit a homerun, etc. but I can play all of the above without question and play them better than most!!!!!!!!! Anyone that says golfers are not athletes are just plain ridiculous!!!!!!!!! Look at Tiger.....he may be one of the most fit people in the world!!!!!! Are there pudgy players out there, sure there are. Fat guys rule!!!!!!! :D

I know that the kid is good, but get into to school.................somewhere and play!!!!!!!!! Otherwise he will end up in a situation that he iwll not benefit from in life!!!

I got an offer to play golf at Arizona State about the time that Phil Mickelson was leaving there and they were ranked #1 in the Country at the time............I was not a great golfer but a good one. Also got letters from UH, LSU, UT, OU, etc..............all great college golf schools, but never an offer from any of them. Just letters going out like they do all the time for other athletes. A letter does not constitute an offer!!!!!!!!! Had ASU offered I would have gone!!!!!! Duh!!!!!

No I know what you meant!!!! :D We will be very young in All-Stars in Pinto this season. It is too early to tell who will make it for sure but you can already begin to see who you think it will be. I honestly feel that at least 3-5 kids off of the Shetland team will make it this season for the Pinto team. Hopefully my son will make the "A" team if nothing else for experience.
