A 5A school that is now 6-14 on the season. Silsbee should have won this game easily. I am anxious to hear AAW opinion because you can usually get a good honest answer out of him as to whether Silsbee played poorly or if WB played great or a combo of the two.

I am shocked that the Tigers lost to WB, especially since Robinson played. If I had known that he was playing I would have said Silsbee by at least 15. Silsbee will be fine people, do not overreact!!!!

Ding Ding Ding we have a winner ;D I was wonder where in the heck Lazeek was getting all of the junk he was spouting!!! Lazeek as you said WHO CARES!!!! BH won their Tournament Nobody is saying they would beat HJ, Kounce or a half a million other teams!!!! All they can say is they won this one and I think after what Cleveland did to Silsbee and the rest they faced that it was a quality win by the Eagles. Oh and Happy New Years ;D ;D ;D hope you get the BH chip of your shoulder for 2009 :-* I read that "someone" was unhappy or questioned why HJ and Kountze do not play in the BH tourney anymore. I am just saying that they have played in the BH tournament, they have won the BH tournament and they have chosen to play in another tournament instead of the BH tournament...........who cares if they play in it. That makes perfect sense!!!!!!

Agreed Slam..........ugly W, but a W is a W!!!!!!!! Hitchcock played agressive tonight and created a bunch of Hawk TO's and the Bulldogs capitalized on those TO's. HJ was poor again from the line and from downtown. HJ played well tonight.........just well enough to win. I see a few more players getting involved which well help prepare them for district.

Congrats to BH on winning their own tourney. The only question that I have is why would some BH people run down HJ and Kountze for not playing in your tournament. They have chosen to play in tournaments. Both have won it before and they chose to play in other tournaments. Why give me a good reason!!!!!!! Also I know that in the Aransas Pass tourney a few weeks ago HJ handed to BH by about 20!!!!! It would be closer on BH home court, but quit complaining about teams that chose not to play and enjoy your victory of a very good Cleveland team!!!!!!!

HJ defeated Newton 80-74 this morning in the EC Semi-Final. Will play in Championship at 6pm tonight.
