I know the HJ football players that play basketball went with the team to Huntington but they are questionable as far as playing tonight. Could be a long night for the Hawks without 3 starters and two others coming off of the bench.

Surely you guys are kidding? He hit almost 100 points higher than Howard for the year!!!! Manny played less than half a season in the NL!!! Obviously you guys opinion is stronger than the 18 first place votes and 369 total that he received. BTW Manny received 138 votes total and finished 4th!!! Pujols missed 14 games this season and the Cardinals were 4-10 in those games. Pujols is the ONLY player in MLB history to hit at least 30 homers in every year that he has played!!! Howard did have 30 more RBI's and 11 more HR's, however Pujols drew way more walks and his OB% was the highest in the league!!!! Pujols was quoted as saying that he felt a person should not win if they did not make the playoffs though!!!! I guess he will take his 2nd MVP though!!!! ;D ;D ;D

Twin County fields as far as fences and everything faired very well. The only damage is from some young punks that have been out there with some paint and decided to do some custom painting on some of the dugouts, bleachers and concrete slabs. Should be good to go when spring rolls around.

Coach Lawrence--?????????? Brown--Need more nights like tonight on the glass. Custer--Still a work in progress. Hall--Getting closer to being 100%. Riley--Looked like and played like a high school player. Mahoney--What happened? Worrell--What more can you say about this kid. Dawkins--A true PG and maybe the best PG ever at LU. McThay--Already in mid-season form. Williams--Explosive. Looks like he has healed completely from his ACL injury of a few years ago. Miles--Will be fine by mid-season. Harper--Could be the next AD if he can get a outside shot. Nwevo--We need him back soon. Ybarra--I left before he got in but heard he had a nice dunk. Pace--I left before he got in. Bob Thewman--Mid-Season form for him tonight. What is up with the porn star moustache? ;D ;D All in all we had good and bad moments tonight against a team that is not very good. Need to make some strides defensively and work on the long ball. We shot plenty of them, but not too many fell. When was the last time that LU only made 6 long balls?
