GUS is Garrett Gustafson likely the starting PG this season as a sophomore.

Sterling finished the season inside of the Top 150 and will advance to the finals of the Q school almost guaranteeing him at least his card for the Nationwide and will get a invite to a limited amount of PGA Tour events. Stroud finished the season outside of the Top 150 and will play this week at Deerwood in Humble in the 2nd stage of Q school. He will need to advance to the finals to earn any playing status next season. Best of luck to both!!!!!!

Both teams are in the playoffs and regardless of who wins it does not change the standings in district as far as seeding goes. However it would mean a 3 way tie for first in district!!!! All that really matters is that HJ, Silsbee and WOS come out of this weeks game healthy and ready for the playoffs!!! Good luck to all 3 schools and make SE Texas proud, I will be pulling for all 3!!!!!!!

The best tournament around the State is the McDonald,s Texas Invitational in Pasadena Texas I think THEREF was referring to the atmosphere, food and hospitality more so than the teams that play. There are several very good teams playing, but nothing like the tourney in Houston. It not in HOUSTON it in PASADENA OK

BC defense??????? They gave up 41 to HJ and 66 to WOS!!!! I think that OF will score 27 at least on BC!!!!

I really don't understand why u wouldn't want your team to beat another team to advance to the playoff. I know you have a reason for saying that so clarify it for me would you? I would prefer HJ to already be in the playoffs when they play Silsbee instead of HAVING to win the game to get into the playoffs.........what is hard to understand about that????
