From where I'm sitting the lack of class is coming from you guys come on here and bad mouth kids from HF. There were many flags thrown and they were very one sided against HF. Both teams played hard, with that whem you lose would you expect to see the losing team doing cartwheels and having a party? The difference in the game was two HF turnovers in side the HJ 10 that was the difference. One fumble, one INT, both in first half. So please be fair and classy when you discuss the game. But if you think this playoff race is settled, you may be eating your words. I will take place a bet that says HJ has won their last game this season!!!! Playoffs or not!! Do you want to take any of that action? HJ may have won their last game of the regular season, but it will be playoffs for the Hawks when Silsbee puts the Horns away on Friday!!!!!

Agree except for the part of on a 3A Level. He is a good enough guard to compete on a 4A and 5A level.

This HJ team is NOT the same team that lost to Cleveland in Week 0!!!!!!!! Same players, but different mentallity!!!!!! This HJ team will beat Cleveland in the 1st round of the playoffs........that is a guarantee!!!!!

He is only 5'8 and I believe this will hurt him at the next level. The kid can shoot the ball very well from deep and is one of the best slashers and finishers that I have seen in a while. I predict JUCO for him and then who knows. I know that some LU coaches were in attendance in the game at the Montagne last year when he lit Silsbee up to the tune of 38!!!!!

Unfortunately Chris struggled on the back nine today. He finished T-29th nine shots behind the winner. Should cash a check around $27K. Still needs about $350-$400K to earn his card for next season. If he cannot get in the top 125 it is very important for him to at least get into the top 150!!!!! That will get him into about 10 PGA Tour events and earn him his card for the Nationwide Tour next season.

HJ may lose by a bunch but when are the Hawks at least going to get a little respect???

We all know that the RB from WB will win the offense MVP this year, but it would be nice for Jacoby Turner from HJ to be a finalist. HE has had almost 500 yards and 8 TD's in just over 5 games this year.

If HJ Wins on Friday then the worse they can do is a 3 Way Tie for First with Silsbee and WOS. So yes the game on Friday in Sour Lake is for the District Crown!!!!! HJ has played 3 teams that were favorites ahead of them when the season started and they are 3-0 against them. It is about time that someone recognize that the Hawks have a pretty good little team. Hey they may lose to WOS and Silsbee but they were picked to finish DFL in the district. Great job Hawks......keep it going!!!!!

Regardless of the outcome of the next two weeks, HJ was picked to finish dead last in district 21-3A!!!!!! Now they are tied for first and the worst they can finish is in a tie for 3rd. Great run for the Hawks and they will make the playoffs!!!!!! They will likely lose to the Stangs this week and it will come down to HJ at Silsbee for 2nd and 3rd in the district. Others have doubted HJ all season and they are doubting you again against the Stangs on Friday night. Come out ready to play and leave it all on the field.
