We have the topics of the other two district games so I thought that I would start this one......thoughts?

HJ and Silsbee split in district again and meet in the Regional Final for the trip to Austin!!!!

HJ offense looked pretty good last night. If they can continue to run like that then I expect them to take the 3rd spot in district 21-3A!!!! The combo of Burrell and Turner is very good.

Great job Cards. Should be a great game at HJ next week.

HJ really moved the ball well. Burrell and Turner each had good nights. Newton likely not as good as the past few years, but HJ was also impressive moving the ball. Hopefully HJ will win against BC and then maybe surprise Orangefield and HF.

Newton 80 yard TD pass........told you they were throwing it tonight. 40-28 Newton with about 4 left.

Left at half. HJ played pretty well. Had a 50 yard TD by Jacoby Turner called back late in the 2nd. Newton is really solid and they threw the ball well tonight. HJ was all run and no pass.
