HJ will double up BC and I will be in my usual spot front row on the visitors side with Poppabearstar and another who remains anonymous at this point!!!

I was obviously at the HJ/OF game and for the most part the HJ side was full.  On the OF side of the gym there were more HJ fans than OF fans.  When you have a good program you have more people watch the games and there is no way to sit all of the Hawk fans on one side of the Hawk gym.  Our new gym will have the enough room though!!! 

Watch the video.....Trey was fouled on the play and was pulled down by one of the OF players. He has also been out sick all week except for yesterday. He and Sundgren did not even play at Jasper on Tuesday.

Man am I glad that I have been away all morning.....I have really given this thing time to come to together. I also sat at center court as I have for the last two seasons. I will continue to do so unless I am told by a HJ official than I can no longer do it. I may even come sit right in the middle of the OF section in OF if I fell the need to do so in a few weeks. I also agree that after two years I have never seen or heard of anyone complaining as much as the OF fans. You played a great game in the first half against a team that was obviously not 100% and had our best player on the bench with 3 minutes to go in the first quarter and until the 3rd quarter started. You guys hung in there, be proud!!!!! As far as the class of HJ people goes.....maybe you should address the OLD MAN that stood directly in front of Coach Sutherland's son who was videoing the game. He came in stood directly in front of him twice and finally had to ask HJ official to get him to move. Yes unfortuntaly a KID did the same to the OF video guy after the OLD MAN did it. The difference is that one was a KID and one was a OLD MAN!!!!!!! I also was not the one that showed my butt to the OF fans. However I was the one that turned around and asked you to not use the language that several OF fans were using around my 6 year old son. If there is a problem with that then we can discuss it at OF in a few weeks. My favorite quote of the night was from a OF fan and he said "Tyler, do not allow them to dunk....take them out!!!!!" That also shows tremendous class on the OF fans. As far as the bond issue is concerned.......we did pass one last year and 3 new schools and a new gym will begin construction this week!!!!!!

Loud and obnoxious as usual!!!!!!! Maybe louder tonight than I have ever heard them. I heard some OF fans behind me at the end saying they were ready to go home because they were tired of the Hecklers!!!!!!!!! Job well done Hecklers......

Was really impressed with OF in the first half. They really move the ball well and shoot the ball very well from outside. Very well coached and disciplined. I expect this team to compete for third in the district behind HJ and Silsbee. I know that it will be very tough at OF, but HJ will have Sungren back, Burrell will be a 100% then as well and Benard hopefully will not get into foul trouble. Great game for both teams!!!!!!

I can't sit by the Hecklers...they stand the entire time and my old fat butt would get to tired!!!!! I would be worn out by the end of the 1st quarter with all of the jumping around they do. I sit on the front row center court of the visitors side with Poppabearstar so that we can sit and no one blocks our view!!!!! He is actually a little bigger than me so I am the small one of the pair!!!!! ;D

Toolson is Danny Ainge's nephew. He has the purest shot I have ever seen. He may not be the best player to ever play in the Montagne, but he is the best pure shooter to ever set foot in that building. 47% 3's on the year 96% FT on the year 53% FG on the year

Was a little worried this afternoon when I found out that two of HJ's best players were not going to play(Burrell and Sungren). Both players are sick right now. Nevertheless HJ got off to a huge start and never looked back. Now we start to think about OF on Friday night at HJ.

On paper that is true!!!!!!! That is why they play the games!!!!!!! Things happen you know!!!!!!

Got a funny feeling about tonight. Anxious to see how the Hawks take care of business after a huge W on Friday night against Silsbee. HJ won easily last year with Donahoe out with a nose injury. Hopefully the team can pull it out tonight again in Jasper.

IMO.......HJ has basketball players with a athlete or two mixed in. Silsbee has pure athletes and one heck of a PG. Robinson is unbelieveable. He carries the entire Tiger team on his little frame. Silsbee is also alot quicker than I thought they would be. With all of the players they graduated for them to be this good again is surprising. Silsbee also is very deep. Can't wait until the game in a few weeks in Silsbee.....it'll be a doozie!!!
