IMO Silsbee was the 2nd best team in the state...........Does that mean that they would of won state??? Who Knows!!!!! Should of.... Would of.... Could of.... There was a steal and the better team and the team that wanted it more won!!!!

They will be a more balanced team next year for sure.....they don't have a player that can take over and score 26 every night. They will have a team that could see 5-7 players score in double figures nightly.

HJ and Silsbee will battle it out for a title again and likely win each at home.....it is just funny that you are already talking about what could be next year and HJ is talking about a 2007 State Chamionship still and will be for a while!!!!!!!

I recently found out that only Seniors can play in a All Star Game like this.....Looks like I will have to go watch the Gamble All Star Game!!!!!

Glad to see someoone from Silsbee talk in a respectful way instead of trashing another school or promoting themselves!!!!!! I agree with Aggiesarewe, in my opinion nobody thought that HJ would have had the year that they had. NOBODY!!!!! You must play the games!!!!!! I am already looking forward to high school hoop season next year.

I cannot imagine that Silsbee will have more talent this year coming up than this past year.......I just don't buy it....

I don't want to take anything away from Silsbee....but with the athletes that you have had and still have then why haven't you made it to state????? I believe Sislbee to be the district favorite next year, but the way Silsbee people think anything short of a State Championship should be unacceptable. YOu guys have more athletes than any team in the State in Class AAA.

Considering that Donahoe would likely play PG....Todd is a forward...and Hopkins found his groove at the end of the year playing shooting guard...not PG!!! The only competetion at PG is Shane Mahoney and any other PG that come in. Which at this time is none.
