Nope did not say anything about Hope - Hell Aggies HOPE every year just to not fall off the November cliff . But you stated it as a fact - not Hope - and Not Faith - "We will soon have two coaches alive who have played for a natty." We will see - if you are right I will eat crow - have before and will again - but Texas will have to do better than 3-4 before that conversation can start.
-
And no it is not deceiving at all - let's analyze - 7 games played of which 3 they came out with more points than the other team and 4 of those games they came out with less points - If I remember right that is how it is scored. Unless of course you are talking about moral victories then Texas is like 7 - 0.
-
A&M would be 7 - 0 - undefeated and ranked NO. 1 if they played Texas schedule - See I can do it as well - Unprovable comments bring nothing to the table.
-
Still love it when Texas fans fondly remember the long long ago soooooo sweetly - and forget about the last - say - 7 years - that 51% W-L ratio is impressive since 2010. Brings a smile to my face when I hear Texas fan talk NC when his current team is 3-4 - guess you just gotta have FAITH.

Good game for Texas in a close loss to Okie State - man I bet Texas is getting tied of those "moral" victories. "Sure seems like last year" That was really a shot at UTfanatic. Texas defense plays well all game and the offense struggles again - seems like a broken record. Texas will plough through and beat a good team before the year is over I feel sure.

Sorry UTfanatic - topic is Okie State at Texas And Texas better win or maybe Post Season might be in jeopardy! And even with all the "This ain't last year" c**p - 3 - 4 would still suk!

Back on topic. Texas better win or ---- man it "Sure will seem like last year".

Can't get my "Quote" to work - you may well be right on the told you so's coming sooner rather than later and Texas looks better at times but again at others looks the same. I however find it interesting that for an offensive hire and supposed mind it is Texas defense that has keep them looking like a better team this year - the offense has been well - questionable so far - till they get a running game might be a longer year than many Texas fans expected. Gonna be fun the rest of the year as this plays out - never a boring week.
-
Recruiting says otherwise. Enjoy the win and get ready for next week. - Quote from TXHORN_ET. Let me see if I understand - Texas doing well in recruiting but can't seem to win on the field. Brings back memories of some previous Texas coaches. "Sure feels a lot like last year"

Loss for Texas - but it looks like they have a gamer and a future at QB at least - he played his heart out.
-
Not pretty but who cares - still a win.
-
This could get ugly early and often. Do they have a running clock in college football?

FBI files charges against 4 college basketball assistants

Just hope none of the universities that we root for become involved in this - I also agree this will be ugly and deep and might dispel the innocence of the NCAA recruiting world in all sports.
