  1. McNeese and Nebraska - Is Kind of shocking
  2. Sorry did not finish.   K State    20 I State     28
  3. I could see how you could say that.   K State
  4. And WNCIP if you want a Texas thread - Why do you not just start one.
  5. Wait you do not know are understand the importance of the OT and O-Line - maybe you need to go post in the youth section until you understand!  If you do not have a good offensive line you are destined for failure on the field - anyone that does not understand that does not understand the game as well as they think they might.  No O-line you can't run - you can't pass all you can do it punt well.
  6. Really do not think that you need to start comparing which coach kicks off the most players or will kick the next player off - I think Strong is working at getting his kick off move down perfect - has he not used it like 13 times so far this year?
  7. Strong I believe can lead Texas back to the promised land - but it appears he is making this harder on himself.  The question that I have it this - and note I do not have the answer - are the kids in the Texas program (from Mack's classes) really that big a group of problem children or is this a way for some of the players to show their disenchantment with the new rules by perhaps rebelling.   I have openly stated that I hope that Strong can make his players toe the line as well as win conference and national championships - I think most colleges can benefit from this if they could do the same and follow his example.  However, I also wonder how many players will may pass on a overly strict environment if they feel that it would "not be fun".     Can he bring the two ends of the spectrum together - I hope he can - cause if he can it could improve the perception of the privileged college athlete.  Wish him the best.
  8. TxHoops that's why I like you.  I know that I - as my mother used to say - (1) nit pick things and (2) can't seem to let things go when I should - two of my many personality flaws.  :)    I do know that I as well as many A&M fans do post on Texas forums just like Texas fans post on A&M forums - hell that's the fun of this as well as other sites.  And I know that I am an Aggie fan and have been my whole life and it is my take that the anti A&M and Anti SEC from some Texas fans is much much greater that the reverse.  AND YET we are the ones called infatuated.  Truthfully only one Texas fan does most of A&M bashing and he or she does make the more reasonable Texas fans - well - seems more annoying than they are - guilt by association.    But in summary you did state “Would you like for me to count the Texas threads started by Aggie fans?”
  9. Again - try and keep up.   YOU and other Texas fans seem to imply that A&M is infatuated with Texas and I state that it appears to be just the opposite as Texas fans post more (much more) anti-A&M and SEC posts.
  10. You might just want to - All I reviewed was the first page of Forums and found only 1 Texas discussion started by an Aggie and that was a legitimate discussion of David Ash and his condition and did not see any fun made of the situation.  At the same time I found 5 from Texas fans all directly making fun of Texas A&M and/or the SEC in one way are another.    The next page has about the same ratio as well just and FYI.
  11. From what I have read this is likely a good pick-up for Texas - likely underrated as a 3 Star.
  12. Just hope they can keep him happy $$$$$$ wise.
  13. Good to see that Baylor is getting into the game of rich donors helping make the school better - in any way.     Question about Silsbee High - do not know for sure but would be willing to bet at least a little that he has helped his community (how is the question) as well if he made that donation to Baylor.  As most generous people are naturally generous and give to numerous causes.
  14. Don't even listen to him anymore - his anti-Aggie bias makes him hard to read and understand.  When Texas fans continue to open topics just to make fun of Texas A&M and then state we have an infatuation with them it really makes me laugh.
  15. Just interesting to me that Texas fans are now excited by recruits that 2-3 years ago Texas would have turned their nose up to and never would have considered likely even being offering a scholarship.   However - still wish him and Texas the best.
  16. What do you mean 1/2 the fun - it is the most fun  :D
  17. From what I saw in the first game Georgia is the better team - but I agree you can never count out a Spurrier lead team.  But still think that Georgia is  the better team at this time.   But will also hedge my bet until I see how the SC and ECU game goes this weekend.
  18. While I hope SC can beat Georgia - as that would do nothing but put a brighter spotlight on the Aggie's - I think Georgia wins fairly easily.
  19. I agree - no game or the potential financial rewards if good enough are worth the pains that another clear hit could cause.
  20. Sad part is that likely he will be targeted - not right but he will - I just hope that if they play him he does not make the injury worse.  From what I have read he is a quality young man and if healthy would have been one of the favorites for the Heisman.
  21. I also thought A&M rise was a little fast as well as SC's fall - but as someone said let's all sit back down and talk after week 11.  The one given in life is change and the top 25 will most definitely change over the coming weeks.   The only positive for A&M is that unless they really lay an egg they should not fall for at least 4 weeks.  ;)
  22. Westend you are correct it was started by a fan trying to point out that VANDERBILT'S loss somehow proves the SEC is not really that good - but be sure to include Vanderbilt in your response or WNCIP will claim you are off topic.   Vanderbilt loss does nothing to prove or disprove that the SEC is still the best conference.  The same that Iowa State's loss does not mean anything on the strength of he Big 12.  It seemed to me a natural progression of that topic is a discussion of the remaining teams that played in the SEC and comparing them to the other conferences but alas that is off topic.   Oh darn do we have to refer to the LOL as well?????
  23. Wait - Where is the A&M and Lamar game on this list  :D   I agree with Eazy the best and most important game of  the week is BYU and Texas - could be a key game for both teams year.
  24. "They beat a team that won as many games as the Aggies and their bowl game."   Good job trying to make all Texas opponents look imposing - That win last year versus Idaho was Impressive  :P
  25. Wait - A Texas fan makes fun of A&M locker room celebration (after winning a game everybody (experts) and I mean everybody thought they would lose) and you take offense at a comment about a gatorade bath - again Texas fans at least be consistent.   A&M won a game against the No. 9 team in the country and celebrated - so what. Texas beat - well a nobody - and they celebrated - so what.   But which game was more impressive?  I think I know the answer  :D
