  1. yeh mayhem has been punched one too many times lol but you gotta love watching him he truly enjoys fighting a smile never leaves his face even if hes getting punched in it
  2. lets see him fight before you start throwing opinions out there... herschel is still in incredibly good shape if he goes in there and wins and or puts on a good show who cares if he 19 or 50...he going to be a HW or LHW anyone know yet?
  3. idk about the showtime thing rumors are this could be on CBS....yeh baseball they carwin lesnar card is gonna be great but u have to get excited about mousasi mayhem and fedor all on the same card...id really like to see mousasi go to the UFC after he cleans out strikeforce
  4. gonna be hard for the ufc to counter this with fedor rogers miller shields mousasi and cyborg signed to fight already turning into a great card
  5. lol haha ... hes coming back to the cage this month in a smaller promotion fight that will be on HDNet

  8. lesnars finally gonna fight someone with bigger hands then him.. with both being wrestlers i see this one staying up and being fireworks
  9. when did rashad fight tito?? and bisping was weak at 205, liddell was waaaaay past his prime in his fight with rashad and shogun so scratch him, forrest got caught and id bet on him in a rematch, and lyoto DESTROYED him.......Shogun beat rampage and nogueira in their prime and i might be mistaken but didnt he beat dan henderson too?? not sure about that one and too lazy to look it up..and his loss to forrest he was out of shape and took forrest lightly and babalu was definately a top 5 fighter when he beat him....im not saying that rashads not a good fighter im just saying that shogun is going to be a much more competitive fight for lyoto than rashad if he shows up in shape..
  10. add ricardo almeida vs jon fitch in there .. shaping up to be a hell of a card
  11. i agree none of those 3 would give silva a fight...jardine suspect chin and not a good ground game. tito might have been a good fight when he was in his prime... and as far as rampage goes he got picked apart by forrest, machidas precision punches and kicks are much better than forrest he wont get past machida or silva....when he beats rashad i would like to see a griffin rampage rematch
  12. shogun is a lot more established a fighter in my opinion than rashad though. if shogun is focused and in shape its going to be a good fight....
  13. lets see lyoto get thru shogun 1st if the shogun of pride shows up it could be a tough one for lyoto. machida dominates silva in a 205 fight but i dont think we will ever see i...and jardine shouldnt even be mentioned in this group of fighters
  14. i think diego has the best chance to win against BJ out of anyone that bj has faced in the 155 division....dont think this one will go 5
  15. Carano Melendez Babalu taylor werdum cook douglas trevino terry
  16. or maybe he should write more books after that performance lol did you read it?? i quite enjoyed the book
  17. i agree with venom on this forrest is one of my favorite fighters but that was awful :/
  18. COUTURE SILVA LEBEN MAIA Soszynski GONZAGA HERMAN RUSSOW HAGUE MUNOZ VEACH
  19. lol sounds good venom... and 100% wrong there joshd?? idk about that considering a lot of mma fighters started as boxers idk how they would get schooled by ammy boxers but anyways this topic just about been played out
  20. i really dont think you can prove that your right in this conversation, by using the word harder your voicing an opinion. One of the guys on my MMA team fought a Pro boxer (9-0) awhile back and what i saw was he had great hand speed and cardio but when he got hit with those 4.5 ounce gloves he just backed up and took a beating.. ive seen 1st hand some Pro Boxers get absolutely destroyed in an AMATEUR MMA fight i dont think however there are too many pro MMA fighters that would lose to an amateur boxer..... but yeh im up for it baseball how much do you weigh and how old are you?
  21. yes i am fully aware of how good mayweather is are you aware of how good torres is?? his official pro record i believe is 40-1 thats not including the rumored other 30-40 unsanctioned bouts in brazil and other places and of those 40 wins in his official record he has fought several guys above his weight class....will this fight ever happen? probably not so theres not a whole lot of sense arguing..... and Buc2010 nobody here is your homey im guessing your still in highschool so instead of spending all your time on here why dont you go play some sports or something... i might not be an expert but i am VERY VERY knowledgable about some boxing and most MMA... i also like how you postded it 4 times to get your point across
  22. i didnt say it took more energy but less conditioning i was sayin boxing might take more conditioning because it lasts 8 or more rounds but as individual rounds go MMA would take more energy...and baseball i know boxing is more dangerous but if torres trained in strictly boxing for 2 years i think he would suprise you he does have some of a boxing background.... i love both sports i just dont think you can compare them in any aspect with so many differences i just think mayweather should watch what he says hes the one that threw the 1st punch in this debate
  23. no it doesnt a boxing match might take more conditioning but taking punches and stopping takedowns and grappling takes more energy than standing up in boxing... baseball i am a fighter myself so quit using your friends statements to defend it.... both disciplines are very tough to master and you can makee arguments for either side but torres would destroy mayweather in an mma fight and the same for the opposite.... and buc mma is not a fad it started a long time ago and is just starting to peak youve made some very ignorant statements..
  24. how is using lesnar as an example helping make your point baseball?? but anyways you said you said you ha 3 or 4 friends that were fighters i myself am a mma fighter and ive been in one boxing bout after i started mma it is a science and mayweather might be a good fighter BUT i believe it would be equally as hard for an mma fighter to box as it would be for a boxer to do MMA or BJJ....... but back to topic i would love to see torres fight mayweather think it would be an awesome fight no matter under what rules they decided on torres IMO is very close to being the best pound for pound fighter in the world...
  25. if you ask me forrest has a very good chance of winning this fight hes a larger more technical version of patrick cote who in my opinion gave silva the most trouble in the UFC before blowing his acl. forrest is also going to have about 25-30 lbs on him come fight night and going to a 3 round fight cardio shouldnt be a problem for either i cant wait
