Kelly wins!! 3-2 goals by michael verde and matt kirby.. The dogs were a little rusty in our season opener but we are steadily shaking it off.

There are quite a few from the sophmore class at kelly, individually i would not rank them as one of the top in the area, but collectivley they are top notch in my book as far as sophmores go..... they should be very good in years to come...starter form '10 at kelly are (i believe) Stanley Sullivan (sp), Cris Quinn, and Matthew Lighty

But you also saw us when we played furr, not exactly our best game. they could have a good defense but our offense is extremely good.... i mean look at the points we put up. and our defense is not that shabby either.. and i THINK that our teams (number wise) are about the same, so depth wouldnt factor in to it. Even further, our line (both ways) is huge and very dominate. i think you(as well as pretty much everyone in SETX) should give kelly a little more respect or at least come out to our last home game and decide for yourself with more than one game..i believe its game of the week for one station.

NO that is wrong. You havent seen kelly play, obviously. You are just looking at what we have done in the past. and in the past and probably even next year yall could beat kelly with out a full roster but this year no....i havent seen yall play so im not going to say that kelly would beat yall because and that would be wrong of me to assume.. However im going to look at numbers and the level of athletes kelly has RIGHT now and say that Kelly would finish first in our area's 3a district

Ok i agree most of the people on here are from UIL but the soccer we play is very REAL.... but Kelly is playing on monday at 7 at the meadows, if you want to see good soccer or just come out and supoprt a local school (since UIL hasnt started) come on out any fans are appreciated

i was just saying if any one wants to watch some quality soccer come out to the meadows on monday at 7... last year the barbe game we came back to win so, if they havent changed that much then it should be a good game that we should win. and this is the start of our REAL season.

practice?.....Kelly has our first game on monday at the meadows. varsity is at 7 please come out and support one of the local teams as we play Barbe.

Yea next years team wont be as strong, because pretty much the WHOLE line is seniors.as well as our starting qb, running back, and our best WR and some key defensive players. but they shouldnt be bad, just not as good as we are this year, we have a very athletic sophmore class and the juniors arnt to shabby either.....and i totally agree with bears99

Well Kheeston came over his junior year, so im not exactly sure how the rules work but i think hed be able to play this year, and other than that I can only think of one maybe two other transfer starters

I would really like to see kelly play Ned and Lumberton.. those would be great games. Kelly would, in my opinion, finish either one or two...if they were able to keep some of their transfer players

Vidors tunnel is really cool looking from what i can see in the picture, as well as PNG's. I'd have to say that Vidor takes this one with a close second from PNG...of course ive only seen kelly and west brooks in person
