Hopefully, we have members of HJ this time that actually go and participate.

HFLonghorn...I've seen like 3 threads of you talking about how HF has improved or having the toughest D in SETX. Grow up please.

I'm pretty sure he is only 16 my man...maybe turing 17 shortly.

Kirbyville...that is totally out of the blue for defense. It may be good, but its definitly not the toughest. Really to say the truth, its hard to answer this thread because, I think East Chambers has a decent defense, but they are also in 2A.

no no no...hes just a junior and has not failed a year yet...he has two years of eligibility left

Hrm...Silsbee, Kirbyville, WO-S, and Jasper. Jasper is really coming off though from a not-so-well season last year. I think thats just a boost of 'will' for this 2007 season. I really can't project which team comes where...I would love to be at the game between KirbyVille and Jasper though... Great game right there anyone thinking?

...Why would u say anything like that? Do you have any clue what schools in HJ's District that are providing a free program?

East Chambers Buccaneers Aug. 31 Shepherd Sept. 7 @ Orangefield Sept. 14 @ Hamshire-Fannett Sept. 21 Hardin-Jefferson ...Three 3A teams in non-district play back-to-back-to-back. They may not be the best 3A teams, but how is that "not playing anyone". I agree with EC having a pretty easy schedule, but lighten up on EC, its not just a role through for them with 3 3A teams all right next to each other.

Above .500- they should be able to pull this off. With more than half starting players coming back on both sides of the ball this should be a little more experience for them.

U can gain weight by sitting on the sofa and eating all summer...yes.

...The schools can provide the service for free...but they don't. they dont bother much. they do leave the weight room open and stuff, but their isnt any ur not learning any proper techniques...plus im pretty sure if i wasnt doing this camp i wouldn't even go to the weight room for free...i wouldnt feel the urge to. paying 200 dollars gives u the urge to go.

How do u figure Central beating HJ next year...HJ has 3 returning starters and are losing only 2 main players...What is Central Gaining?

Too late to join up now...but It cost 200 dollars and about 50 kids at just our school are showing up.

Ok...Majority go to Ozen, But you do have to admit, it would be an enjoyable game to watch and it would be within a 8 point range loss for HJ. Anyone saying Ozen winning by more you must be from Ozen yourself...I say Ozen 52--HJ 47. And for those of you saying HJ will never beat Ozen, we all know its possible. But as of right now Ozen would win.

uhhh...well...upper classman do upperbody one day while Lower classmen do lower body. So your assigned weight lifting.

Stang...No Offense to ur Ideas, but, Protein is definitly needed for your kids muscles to rebuild back to maximum status. Now, I'm not saying you need/have to go buy a whey protein bottle/jar/jug or w/e, but try to get protein in their systems. Like you said through snacks or w/e. Whey Protein doesn't always make you bigger. As long as u still get outside and run and conditon along with working out, you should stay somewhat the same size.

Major Stretching for first 15-20 minutes... 1 hour 15 minutes in weight room. 45 minutes running and conditioning...Its working well. Feeling alot more flexible, quicker, and stronger

Jasper seem to be improving...Heard many good stories of them since offseason has started...Hopefully Kountze has improved...i was disappointed seeing them play Evadale last year for homecoming. lets see what they have to show.
