  1. Kenny Harrison and crew visited Ned today, the word is that Ned's stadium is worse than Memorials. I think a couple of jr. high games were played at Ned yesterday. Most dont realize what's involved in prepairing for a game, much less moving one on such short notice.
  2. Seems to me the matchup will be Ltowns Oline against Centrals D. Centrals D should be (IMO) the toughest test yet for Ltown. I see another low scoring game, Jags by 7.
  3. Does anyone have a link to the boxscore (stats) from the Ltown - Vidor game?
  4. Smitty, cant say for sure. But maybe its decided with ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORS.
  5. Its been said that the D in Ned has suffered because the O gets dibs. Is this true? Cant say for sure, but ive heard such. I know alot of you may not want to here this but, maybe all the pieces to the puzzle just arent there. IMO, its a cycle. And INJURIES!!!!!
  6. I believe Memorials enrollment is around 2400, dont quote me. If this is so and the 4a cutoff is around 1900, it doesnt seem possible anytime soon.
  7. I dont think my sons believe me when I tell them how big the TJ-PNG rivalry was. For me, the PNG-NED rivalry is a close second.........But I STILL BLEED MAROON AND GOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  8. Hey Akifan94, I read the whole post. Its all good. You know deep deep down you really feel that way..... ;D ;D ;D ;D Good luck to both teams.
  9. I think its common knowledge that Ned is the underdog, and I agree with the majority that PNG is likely to win this game. But to say the tide has turned and the flood gates have opened to start a new era of PNG a$$ whoopings....... : : : : :
  10. I agree Soulja, surely hes not gauging Ozens D by Neds O. Ned is struggling, a better test for Ozens D is coming. To say Ozens D is the best in the district is a mouthfull.
  11. Gotta agree with you Jake, wasnt impressed with either team. With that being said, Congrats to Ozen.
  12. Darn, no stats for bad snaps and wide open receivers...... ;D ;D ;D
  13. Ill say Central, defense will be the difference. Doesnt matter to me either way and I wouldnt mind seeing Vidor win the district. I just think Central is more battle hardened, and the predistrict games they have played gives them the edge. Prove me wrong Vidor!!!!!!
  14. Dont know know for sure. But you are correct, winning breeds success. I feel its a cycle, and will return. Hopefully, sooner than later.
  15. Gotta agree with you Michael, it does seem as if some of the spark is gone. Cant say why but, participation is down. Look at the sidelines the numbers are low. With all that said, we were manhandled last nite.... on BOTH sides of the ball. I agree Fwood is a Contender, and we are not. IMO the talent pool is a little low. And as far as coaching goes, our staff has to be one of the best in the area. I remember not so long ago manhandling a good Fwood team, last nite they returned the favor.
  16. Hey 99, i guess the bad snaps, fumbles and such are Spells fault too. Oh and the fake punt, im sure he had a hand in that.
  17. The word I got was Atterberry, we will see friday nite....
  18. While it will surely effect Ned offensively, cant see any change in Fwoods approach. Second, third or fourth string matters little, they will take away the run and make the QB win it.
