The Newton Eagles continue their trek through the Class 2A, Division I playoffs as they take on the Crockett Bulldogs tonight!!!  W.T. Johnston's Eagles, now 9-2 on the season, come into this area round playoff off a 41-20 bi-district round victory over Jefferson last week.  Meanwhile, Paul Parson's Bulldogs, 9-1 on the season, come off of the bye they earned at champions of District 11-2A-I. The winner of this game will take on the winner of the Rusk/Lorena area playoff, which will be contested tommorrow at 2:00 p.m. in Huntsville.
