Katy ISD just announced an official delay on Seven Lakes/Cinco Ranch to 7:30 p.m.

There is another one, so that makes it 7:30 p.m. at the earliest.

And I am only 6 miles away from Rhodes Stadium

It will be close, just got another lightning flash here in Katy a couple of minutes ago.

I watched more baseball (including the Astros!) tonight than I had watched all season!  A great night of baseball. Would it be inappropriate to note that once BOTH of the teams that choked away their wildcard spots resided in Boston?

Completely bush league!  I can understand if he were going into the playoffs and wanted to get rest before they started this weekend.  But that was ridiculous!

Just wanted to pass on SETXsports prayers' to the family of Jermaine Bowman, an offensive lineman for the Bruins.  Jermaine's dad was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident this morning and is in critical condition as we speak. Please pray for this young man and his family and most certainly Mr. Bowman in this time of strife.
