1.
no....they don't
Thanks!
 2. Question:  Does the Beaumont Diocese have a requirement like Notre Dame used to have that the faculty/administrators be of the Roman Catholic faith?
 3. The spam regarding products is irritating, but the recent spams are starting to contain obscene photos which I am sure Jordan doesn't want to see under any circumstances.  Can anything be done?
 4.
Dan Ray Hooks is available
A former employee of the West Orange-Cove CISD also came to mind when I heard about this.  But the one I am thinking of currently resides in Texarkana, not Bridge City.
 5. Diboll OC Shane Adair was named new HC/AD at Diboll last night.
 6. Wasn't he on the staff at Clear Creek before coming to the Triangle?
 7. I heard he was the front runner.
 8. I think all of the HC positions in the Clear Creek ISD have been filled, so he must be taking an assistant's position.
 9. Workouts start August 1st!
 10. I am pleased with the enthusiasm he has shown since being named to the job.  You are prone to get more support when you act like you are happy to be here.
 11. Rumor has it that this may be filled as early as tonight.
 12. Here is a little more info: [Hidden Content]
 13.
they forgot about dayton, ranked 16th in 4A or they not considered setx?
Beaumont area media usually considers Dayton to be a little too far west to be considered SETX.
 14.
Did this even get posted on the coach's website?  Less than a week since Bennett resigned.
Actually, something that I learned is that there is no provision in either the Texas Education Code or any codes or regulations set out by the TEA requiring a job opening to be posted.....it was a huge surprise to me.
 15.

It is the right move.  Orangefield proved that if you bring something different to the table........it works.
Orangefields offense is nothing like the "I".
I know that gas......Who in 21-3A runs the "I"?  Not one team.  It will help WO-S. It looks like you believe that WO-S doesnt have the linemen to run the "I"......I think they do.
To the contrary, Gas has said he does, too: "I think our line is going to be much bigger this year and will be boasting the state power lifting champ. This might be the reason for the change. I don't think anyone knows better than Cornel what kind of athletes we have so I have faith that whatever offense we're in it's the best one for the team."

 17.
I wasn't complaining. I don't believe it's the fault of the website...I just can't believe people are spamming here.
Oh, I know you weren't.  It is just that some photos that I would rather not see on here made their way here.
 18. Thanks to JSnipes for the Hamshire-Fannett schedule.
 19. Well, the easy part is saying who should be on the list.  But now the hard part, who should be booted off of the list to make room for Babino?
 20. That's right! Friday, July 1st, just one month before the beginning of 2-a-days, SETXsports begins rolling out its annual high school football previews! Get up to speed on your favorite team or your biggest rival right here at your Source for Sports in Southeast Texas, SETXsports.com!

 22. Yes, since about the middle of this month, we have been hit with some pretty brazen spammers.  It has been a frustrating, and, at times embarrassing problem.  Measures are underway to get it stopped.  In the meantime, we appreciate your patience and vigilance in reporting such threads once they appear.  And, of course, we do apologize for any offense that the threads have caused.
 23.

:o you.....are.....kidding...... The same Ricky Tullos that was AD at Cleveland? Wow.  Job market must be slim out there
Try finding a teaching position if you are NOT a coach. Now that's slim.
Yes that's true.  But I would imagine that with the success Tullos had at Cleveland he would be able to fine a HEAD coaching job somewhere.  Unless he just wants to stay in the area.  Or if he wants to be next in line for Deel's job...?....
isn't Tullos the one that got a head coaching job last year or so at New Waverly and Livingston would not release him?  if so, pox on Livingston as far as i am concerned....  when someone gets a promotion offer, the classy thing seems to be to let him go.  might have been a good short term decision for Livingston, but might be a terrible long term decision.  might be enough to make any up and coming young coach think twice before accepting an assistant job there.
The same.  But remember, Tullos accepted the New Waverly job, if I remember correctly, during the 2nd week of two a days last year.  Leaving that late would have left Randy Rowe hardly any time to replace him....completely different situation from this year when he accepted a position pretty early in the summer which leaves Coach Deel an opportunity to replace him if he wishes.
