Louisiana returns a Texas fumble to take a 17-13 lead in the Bayou Bowl

Jarred Howard (Kountze) recovers bad punt snap in the end zone for a West touchdown.  PAT no good. East leads 17-13 with 4:14 left in the 3rd.

Louisiana gets a 40 yd FG to cut the Texas lead to 13-10

Cody Cummings rushes for 13 yards, but the West stalls with Wilson Washington (West Orange-Stark) breaking up the pass on 3rd down forcing the West to punt. Aaron Breed is apparently causing a lot of havoc on defense.

Juan Mijares (Jasper) kicks a 40 yd field to give the East a 17-7 lead with 8:11 left in the 3rd.

Zack Sonnier for another 10 yards down to the West 30.

Trey Craft (Deweyville) runs for an East first down.

2nd half is underway.  East has the ball.
