Here's my question.  If the umpire was so convinced that this was an intentional act, why didn't he toss Smith as well? I mean, looking at Lance's video this was not a pitch that was a strike or even just high that got past Babs. Here is what happened, the guy got nailed and lashed out at the first thing he saw, which just happened to be Anthony Babino.
