Texans take over 1st and 10 at the own 49 after a bad Coldspring punt.

Brownwood tied with Carthage 21-21 in the 3rd.

Texans go 3 and out.  Trojans take over at their own 38.

Wimberley gets the ball at their own 7 to begin the half.

Trojans are doing a great job of containing Brady Lambert, Wimberley's stud quarterback.

Sounds like same Bat time, same bat channel in this one!

[/quote]they have. and it sounds like it could have been worse [/quote] You're right, Scooter!  Could have been, Coldspring had one drive stalled by fall start penalties and let up and allowed a huge KO return just before the half.   Now the Texans do get the ball first in the 2nd.  So it will be interesting to see if they ride ole Mo back into the ballgame.

Halftime, Coldspring 20, Wimberley 7.

At the half, Carthage leads Brownwood 21-14.

Texans get a 13 yd TD pass on 4th down.  PAT is good. With 0:40 left in the 1st half. Coldspring leads Wimberley 20-7.

Carthage takes advantage of a big kick return and leads Brownwood 21-14 just before at the half.

3rd and goal from the 13 for the Texans.  Pass incomplete. 4th and goal.

In the 2nd, Brownwood tied with Carthage 14-14.

Bad snap and Texans lose all the way to the Trojan 13.
