1. Got Goodrich's schedule.
 2. Is Robbie Fontenot still the OC/Baseball Coach over there?
 3.
Hardin wins in 4 over Hemphill.
Thanks!
 4. And the magic is the schedule now turns into the scoreboard!  So post those scores!
 5. Rumor has is that Martin, the senior receiver over at Huffman, hurt his leg and will be out for 6 weeks, minimum. Anybody hear anything about this?
 6.

*( If K-Ville was in this district) 1. K-Ville 2. Central 3. Nederland 4. Ozen
You know, I think you have something there, Laddie!... ::) ::)
If he does, I hope he doesn't spread it.
 7. Come on folks, lets try to keep this up!
 8.
Hey WOSgrad, I use to live in Katy, Grand Lakes, and I feel your pain. Heck, I had to pay $1,000 a year HOA dues and then around $8,000 in taxes. The neighborhood and schools were worth every penny though. Maybe one of these days we'll be back in Katy after ya'll get the tax rate down :D The last I checked the November bond was going to be about $300 million with HS #7, stadium, and some other schools. I can only imagine what the stadium will look like, and it's going on the south side of I-10. So you know it's going to be nice to keep the Cinco Ranch and Seven Lakes parents happy.
Oh, you know.  Heck, that thing might have a retractable roof, LOL!
 9.

The stadium in Katy is pretty nice. Central played there about 3 years ago in the 3rd round playoffs if memory serves me correctly. Jack Rhodes Memorial Stadium
You just had to go there!!! I agree, Rhodes is a pretty nice stadium, although I would put it more in the class of a Tully Stadium, which is also nice but not like one of these Taj Mahals that have been going on around us here.  I am a bit surprised that they didn't opt for one when they built the Merrill Center.....lord knows we pay enough school taxes here in Katy to build it!
When ya'll pass that next bond you will get the next Taj Mahal in Katy ;)
11.
Oh I understand the theory behind it, but for preparation purposes I think it would be better if your scrimmage was as close to being your next opponent as possible.  I agree it is great for Kirbyville.  Head coaches decision.  Different strokes for different folks.
That is a bit of a problem as the only other school that approaches West Brook's number is also on Ozen's regular season schedule (Port Arthur Memorial).  The schools that would next approach those numbers are also on Ozen's regular season schedule as district opponents.  I think Kirbyville can more than adequately show Coach Nelson what he needs to work on for West Brook.
 12. As we start the season today, just wanted to send best wishes to all of the teams starting today!
 13.
Why scrimmage a much smaller school?  It helps Kville, but I do not see the point.  You are getting ready for WB!  Play somebody who can help you prepare.
They may be small in number, but they are very talented and will definitely show the Coach Nelson the areas he needs to work on before you play Da' Brook.  And that is what scrimmages are all about.
 14. Yeah, the opportunity is lost for that for such an idea now that Memorial has made improvements and PN-G has a new stadium.  Not that there were problems with it in the first place....distribution of costs and scheduling between 3 different school districts would have been a nightmare.
 15. Huntington! KIDDING!!!!!!
 16.
Jasper by 2tds
Thank again.
 17. Thanks to Lorraine Shannon, Public Information Director of the West Orange-Cove CISD, and Coach Gwen Kelly-Hall for getting me the WO-S Volleyball Schedule. WE ARE UP AGAINST IT FOLKS, TOMORROW IS GO DATE!!!
 18.
geez there are getting to be as many BH threads as there are Kirbyville threads!  ;D
The contingent from just west of the Trinity is an enthusiastic bunch!
 19. Thanks for the update, it anyone else knows of changes, let me know.
 20. I know there are some holes.  Hopefully those will be filled up by tomorrow afternoon!

 23.
I read that about 20 times and im still confused as all get out.
Putting it in a manner that you may understand, he is trying to say that Coach Price is having the same impact at Hamshire-Fannett that Coach Crouch had last year at LC-M.
