  18. Through those two games, the Bulldogs are averaging 213 yds. a game. 135.5 yds rushing and 77.5 passing. Their quarterback, Miller Pierce, looks to be their hoss as he is also the team's leading rusher. He is 17-35 for 188 yds., 1 touchdown and 2 picks in the air and has 35 carries for 188 yds and 2 touchdowns on the ground. Their next highest rusher is Chris Carroll with only 15 carries for 45 yds. Their leading receiver is Chris Tompkins, who has caught 6 passes for 61 yds. Next is Greg Allen, who has hauled in 3 passes for 47 yds. and 1 touchdown. On the D, the Bulldogs are yielding an average of 331 yds a game....186 per game through the air, 145 on the ground (about 4.5 yd/rush). They seem to take care of the ball well as Pierce's ints are the only turnovers on the season for the Bulldogs.
  19. Oops. Don't know why I put them at 1-1.
  20. If that is the case, then Coach Ramsey needs to promote some folks to the varsity in a hurry as they just lost to a Trinity team that was destined to go 0-10 before last week.
