Hmmmmmm i believe he is rite on this one gabe.  He has many times been much more irritating.  He I believe put all the area teams down along with ninety nine percent of the houston area also.........  haha.

I can bet the newspaper man counts each time the keeper touches the ball.  A ball lobbed in as a cross is not a shot.  And I would believe that is some of his or her counts.  Nederlands las defender  ;) for ninety percent of the game kept lumberton from getting any quality looks at goal and for sure lumberton only had the six shots.  Nederland had several balls played in their keeper picked up but I do not think htey were shots.  Again what a  fun game to watch.

From my point of view in the stands.  There is NO WAY that nederland took more than six shots in that game.  And lumberton the same.  In what is considered a shot.  I can think of Lumberton having six shots and I do not remember Nederland having many more than that.  As for what Lumberton did against PnG at the beginnning of the season.  I lose lots of early season games trying to find the rite combination to win the games that matter.  District and playoffs games.    Hit your stride at the rite time.  Looks like lumberton girls hit theirs and have made it to the fourth round.  So looks like they are the best team in this area at this time.  PnG had an amazing season and should be proud.  And FF is pretty accurate in that BB At Kelly is a very good coach and does the rite stuff.

I also thought the referees were very good in that game.    And believe the game.. was very well done.

RDRSCR08 described the game perfectly.  Gabe your wrong .  Simple.   Please continue to point out errors on spelling and  deleting all the post you dont agree with and show everyone how you control the board now.   That makes FF look like a hero and he succeeds in what he is trying to do. To anger people.  He is in fact correct.  He wrote nothing horrible in the post you erased.  He said the road to the final four goes thru Friendswood.  So until someone changes that, he in fact is correct.  Had Nederland won would you have been so angry, or had a PNG person written the same thing would it have been taken down. NOPE. We do not have to engage with FF.  Ignore it and be done with it.  Bullets did not call out the moderator.  Gabe had already admitted he took it down before Bullets said it.  The girls game at Lumberton was great, entertaining and the best 4 dollars for soccer I spent this season.  Congrats to the Lady Raiders.  I PULLED IT DOWN.. If your first and second place teams lost to third and fourth. . I doubt a couple of players missing would have made much of a difference against 1st and 2nd place teams from the district. 

Better for PnG isnt it....?  Anyway .  after next round.  The games are all usualy quality teams.

Nederland......... wins Png ................ wins Central............  out HF horns..........  surpising season ends.       Then finally get to see Ned and Brenham play.  Of course Ned has to take care of business as does Brenham.  And who will png have after this round.. Waco U..

Looked it up and your correct.......

I am pretty sure that Nederland made it to the third round before losing.  ALMOST Positive.

I got evaluated once while I was doing alot of reffing.  The ref told me them to make my calls like i am positive they are correct.  Scream into the whistle and point with authority.  Now half the stands hates you and half love you.  However when you call your calls with authority and you point like your sure.... then one of the ones who hates you comes to your side thinking maybe he is correct, he is closer and seems sure of his call.  So now you have more than half on your side hahaa.  Makes sense.  Next I agree with the above and as a referee if your spending your time listening to the ridiculing and or name calling, maybe thats the reason so many people get mad, because your not watching the game.  Several refs do worry more about the stands than they do the field.  I have had horrible refs here , there and everywhere we have played.  I have won games with horrible refs and lost games with horrible refs.  Its a non stop argument that goes with EVERY SPORT.  An umpire calls a strike on the corner,,,,  the batters team and parents are screaming that itwas horrible... while the pitchers parents and mates are screaming great pitch... haha. it ainnnnnnnnnnnnnnt gonna change.  Keep doing what u do refs.  The team and the coaches , just like with the weather have to change their styles for that game.  Simple.. just be consistent.
