Sorry,  Been Celebrating.  Kelly scored three second half goals to win 3-0.  Goals were Zack Clark then Josh Peregrino and Phillip Parker finished the scoring.  The goals were great but the defensive effort was fantastic and a great victory for Kelly.  A very good game and well played on both sides.

First goal was sophmore. Sammy Lombardo. ... second and goal 8 were freshman Andrew Cupero then Junior Cameron Roane,  then Junior Aaron Hegeman.. Then  Senior Matthew Lighty ..  and Senior Terrel Roane and  Senior Zack Clarke. But defense was sensational... as they kept the ball pushed up to the forwards... it was a good night.

First goal came 25 seconds in.  Defense played amazing keeping ball pushed up the field. Seven different players scored.  All good obviously. Senior leadership........ is making the difference.

Game for Friday night will be Varsity at 530 and JV at 730. 

Kelly boys were to play St Pius tomorrow at 530 -730.   due to field conditions and weather just the varsity will play at 6pm.   NO JV

What high schools do these girls play for.? Encouraging that the local high school teams may have some type of talent to push competition locally.

I  have to agree with FF.  Play tough non district schedule and ask boys jv to play you once a week once district starts.  Even the jv team will have speed alot of girls teams wont have.  Padding a win loss record does nothing good to ready you for a playoff run.  Take a few losses in games that dont matter to see where you need to be.  Good luck

Kelly Lady Dawgs play at 5 and guys play at 7.  St Louis is a soccer school and should be another good test for both teams. 

Game ended 2-0 in favor of Sulphur.  Half was 1-0 ... second half an own goal made it 2-0.  Kelly had opportunities ealy in the game and then let Sulphur control the first half.  Second half Kelly came out and played very well and had several opportunities.. Disappointing start to a tough schedule.  First game but  look for improvement as we continue to move players around and find a good combination.......  Go Dawgs

I keep reading how banged up the bulldogs are... Who are the players that arent able to play? I am pulling for Ned but tired of reading the post that say we are so hurt and cant win with what we have. WHOSE MISSING.. I am voting dogs........ by a slim margin. I have only heard of just a couple of players.

Nederland will be good and the new coach worked with Bledsoe and knows what he has and what to do.. Should be alot of good soccer going around this year as alot of high schools have club teams.....

He and Lance Watson and their Wizards team mates will be in Houston Oct 4.... go give them some support.

Direct tv has not gone out for me but one time for a bad lightning storm and only for maybe two or three minutes. I have had it for a year. LOVE IT.

The word on the street is that 70 kids went home friday sick at the Brook. Several cases of "The Flu" have been verified. So rather than have that many students in close quarters for a long time may spread more. Our soccer team played one yesterday from west brook who was missing five out of seventeen players from west brook due to sickness.
