today they used a third string keeper the second half that is a junior. he did really good.

Watched this game and was interesting? I watched lcm play central also and was really discouraged because the pace was so slow. Well sitting in the stands today it was the same way. Whether its the field conditions or centrals style but the game was slow paced like the lcm game. Nederland starting keeper wasnt available and the whole game was not pretty. The referee was ridiculous and had no control on the game the last twenty minutes. Central is not good enouph to be undefeated but nederland played with absolutely no desire. Well ended 3-2 with one goal for nederland called back on an offside that wasnt off. But the ref decided it was and nederland ended the game with a great chance with a one on one with keeper to end the game.

way to many to acknowledge. I mean you have div one.. div two.. div three, naia... christian colleges. plenty of talent in this area...

nederland keeper is a senior .. but the post is what ifs.. what if you could... i agree with lcm soccer sandell and bledsoe.

I believe some of the freshman contribute big time. Cant pick a winner in the category. Too many good ones at lumberton and nederland and I believe vidor has a couple.

WOW what happened to the smack talking pirates. Just kidding. Well tonight at the game I must say I was impressed. Where the heck did that LCM team come from. Much differently played than against central. Knocking it around and playing it against a much better team than Central was. Also on the subject of the teams, Vidor you werent dirty, rough or a football team. Well played game on both sides. Keeper for lcm did great considering. Two goof ups that i am sure Ethan Mckay woulndt have made but none the less good deal. Players of the match. 15 of vidor of course, and the lil sophmore did good stuff. 7 in the back for LCM was fantastic but the most impressive player I saw tonight was 5 for lcm. Impressive stuff and if he learns to look up and dump it off more he will be awesome player. good game.. played with class.

I never said you were a kid or it was a fight. I only said it sounded like two kids that when they fight one ends it by saying something of that sort. For all I know you may be a kid and a player or coach at west brook. Whether I am involved with the Brook program are not has nothing to do with it being my business. You put it on a public forum so its a public discussion with me laying out my opinion. If you got a problem with the program and didnt want to have anyone else involved then sorry. didnt see a public forum that way..just my point of view.

washburn for nederland

i am not for sure of numbers on the players jerseys. Each did somethng pretty cool. One was an attacker and his vision on the field to find a way to get to the goal. another was a captain in the middle o the field.. placed some really good balls into space for his player and to their feet so several good things. i hear alot on here about greenway but dont know what his number is.

Didnt realize bon mot already had posted this as the game of the night . so going with the format I will have to pick the pirates. Without Ethan the lcm team will struggle but the young man that went in did some great things back there. Good luck to both teams.

So whitewood are you proud of the fact you area physical crap talking team. Ashame, taking soccer and bringing back old vidor soccer or should i say.. making it american football. What I saw ofyou all was you were pretty descent. But from the stands you dont hear the smack talk. Didnt see alot of physical play but maybe my one game wasnt enouph. Be proud to be a soccer player, not a football.

great idea... If lumberton wins out, BCS(or in this case setx.) would have to pit number 1 kelly against 2 lumberton. A friendly with lots of attendance or whoever wins out in district 20 4a.

NAH no offense to west brook. Loads of talent with loads of attitude and png loss their "tallent" and that hurts them. Still a good team but not top four. Hope they prove me wrong. West brook needs leadership to pull them out of their getting whacked last weekend. Dont know if it can happen but for sure they can play.
