Sanders recently signed on to play 2 years of Basketball for Cisco Junior College in Cisco, TX. Way to go and just another impressive indivdual accolade for an impressive girls athletics program this past couple of years. Talked to a UIL source this morning and there is no way with the age thing happening that they would do that, however no info on this specific situation. It did not even seem real possible to get an extra year under the age, very rare.

I will be there covering Diboll mainly, but I can post some info during the day. I will tell you the Lumberjacks are looking pretty good with Lufkin and Livingston every week up here and could upset some folks.

While admired during the season and aimed for on countless school's schedules with great ferocity by many before the season, that does not mean Dayton is very well liked. The Broncos must perform on the field and there and only there will it matter. I totally see and feel how absurd this is, but that is cool, because it will make winning that much sweeter!

Of course the new Baytown and Kingwood HS will both throw some kinks in the split, especially in Baytown as that will create 3 schools with an enrollment around 1500 students, which are all a Dayton size 4A in numbers. Food fo thought as to how it might look around this area.

In all of this something is being missed and I want to say to Head Coach Geoff McCracken and the Runnin' Broncos great job, you all deserve credit for shutting them down as much as anyone shoud be blamed for stinking.

The Lady Hornets of Hardin have the potential to go in a few rounds, if and I mean if they play like they can on a good night they could go really far. When those ladies are on it is fun to watch.

There didn'y appear to be anybody's name in the box score for Lumberton, they almost didn't score any points, LOL! Go Broncos!

OMG!!!! The Dayton 3rd period was the most unbearing eight minutes of play I have ever seen from a team with so much talent. I commend them on keeping the lead, and what a 4th! But wow, the 3rd, geeeze!

The Broncos are going to rise so far to the top of 4A Football the next two years it is going to be fun to watch. The Men Children, Cody Green and AJ Dugat will be all over the face of 4A Leader Boards and I can not wait. Not to knock on the rest of the district, but get rady to get beat on.
