I hope you aren't thinking that I'm accusing you all of being arrogant because I, personally, think people have underestimated the baseball team. I agree with what you've said in all aspects.

Actually, BCLL consists of Bridge City AND Orangefield kids (and now WOS and LCM as well). The problem in the past is that while the BC kids were loyal to BCLL the OF kids would split between BCLL and Orange Youth League for various reasons. Therefore, your BC kids started playing together young, stayed together and moved up the ladder, where the OF kids stayed separated between two leagues and then watered down by having one or two OF kids on a team in each league. IF OF had been as loyal to their youth baseball program and stuck together in one league, like they have been with their Little Dribblers program, their HS Baseball program could possibly be much stronger.

I don't think mustang mom made any excuses about losing. She was just talking about how the Splendora fans taunted the WOS Cheerleaders. That game came down to who had the last shot. No excuses for WOS and I don't think they tried to make any.

I don't know about this upcoming year, but I have to believe that the Felts kid from OF is going to be some kind of tough in the future. He'll be a sophomore next year and he's looking good.

How's Dustin Breaux looking for the QB spot? I know you're in the middle of Coaching Staff changes and I'm sure he has his own ideas but that kid did a great job on JV.

All the others did pretty good. This one is just so big and strong. I just see alot of good things coming out of this Felts kid in the pitching department in the next couple of years!

This one is a toss-up. But that big freshman, Felts, that kid is a hoss and can pitch. Don't want to step on any coaches toes, but I'm guessing he'll be the ace pitcher for the next few years.
