I say Buna has more talent but playing in Hardin could give the Hornets a fighting chance....plus here at Warren we are pulling for Hardin so that puts us right back in the district chase!!!

Whats the take on this game..who wins? How bad? and why you think so.....Warren is 1-0 in district play defeating Hardin 12-11 yesterday, EC is 0-0 with this being their 1st district game.

A whopping 2-1 victory over Silsbee..I give congrats to BC on the win but not the blow out I was expecting from a top team in the area...1-0 in district def feels good so great job BC on the win...

I have been trying to figure that out myself..now because of that schedule we have our #2 starter facing a fresh EC team who will be opening up their district play Friday and will be our 2nd district game..sounds fishy!!!

we'll be waiting..lol We had to go to Hardin yesterday...a pitching battle..:-) 12-11 looked more like a football score!! But yeah, should be a good game friday, have a safe trip up here to Warren...

Just seeing if anyones opinion has changed so far in the 24-2A district.....wwhat are the top 4 teams in the district? East Chambers Kountze Hardin Warren Anahuac Buna Deweyville, these are no particular order....

Just saying people are quick to put BC right up there at the top...I am not so quick to believe that, will take a few big wins before I jump on the wagon..thats all I am saying

everyone always jumps on the BC bandwagon but year in and year out, how far has BC ever made it in the play-offs...? I mean they have some pitching and one stand out but I really think they will be fighting for a play-off spot much less being a top 5 team in the area...there are talented yes but I just can't give them a top 5 spot quite yet...maybe in a few weeks

I agree baseball25 chants are for t-ballers and softball girls...its one thing to cheer for your team and support them from the dug-outs but to chant and be a cheerleading squad is different...time tog row up and act like men, not chant like little kids! Chanting shows insecurity that that team needs to sink down that low in order to win...

I think West Hardin is still in basketball mode...could be a 10 run rule unless WH plays their hearts out...

What..thats ridiculous, I was at the game 10 ft away when the player from Central stood there and cussed our bench with the coaches sitting there...much different than a 1st baseman blocking the bag ona pick-off, and no there was nothing said to our first baseman about his behavior...the only thing said was to the central player who was crying about our guy blocking the bag s the ump told him to quit crying and that the base was wider than his foot...so theres the facts from an eye witness...

as a team i cant really tell you but individually Central takes it...heck even their player/first base coach was cussing our team...was a def. first for me to witness.

Dayton was a 7-4 winner over Channelview in this game

whether it was 1-0 or 22-13 our 2A went into hostile domains and pulled out a victory against a 5A school...very proud of them

I will have to go with Silsbee on this one..might be a close game but Silsbee is just to deep and to powerful for the 2A eagles...

any word on Kountze?...weak, strong, any hitters, pitchers?
