All i know is that Vidor whooped us pretty good a few weeks back...granted we are not a powerhouse this year but they took it easy on us and still put up a 16-0 score..I cant say they will win or even make the play-offs but credit has to be given...Great Job Pirates!

heres the scoop on the tourney here in Warren..We played PA Memorial in the Consolation Game..PA was up 8-6 in the 4th when it was called due to rain..Ozen was to play Groveton for the championship later that night but was also called due to rain...

WHATS THE FINAL?

all i know is I hope our 2A district does not compare to the 4A schools we have been playing..the scores are lopsided but 24-2A will not produce any Vidor/Lumberton caliber teams..well I hope!..lol

I cant put a finger on this district at all, teams they picked to do well are losing..teams they picked to stink are winning...who knows!!!

heck by looking at the scores of Woodville, i think here at Warren we should schedule one another..:-) both teams are in rebuilding years so hold judgement for now..

GO WARRIORS!!! Represent the sticks..lol GL to both teams in this game..as long as both teams play hard and stay injury free its a win/win situation.

not trying to cause trouble but dont count out the Warren Warriors to send the Eagles home a little earlier than expected..nobody talks about these guys but I promise they will come out to play!

I would say Muckelroy..since he left Kville and went to Buna..what better way to shove it to kville than to let him pitch against his old team...

Our first scrimmage tonight at home against the Hornets from Hemphill..any comments?

I have to go with Kountze on this one by 8..We have both teams in our district..while EC is tough, they rely on 1 player 95% of the time (Thomas) but Kountze spreads things out better and could use several weapons to beat you..both are great teams but Kountze will handle their business.

what are you crazy, Kountze at number (1) ?? hahaha EC will dominate that district with buna/deweyville close behind. Kountze will fight for 4th place with warren and anahuac.

painful blow here in warren..our stand-out QB Kenny Granger signed for a football scholarship so baseball is out..predicted #1 starter..oUCH!

I agree with the cooksey brother comments..I was Jesses college room-mate/team mate at Galveston JUCO and he was a dominant pitcher till his shoulder injury..and the oldest Wes Cooksey, I played against in wood bat leagues, very tough hitter to get out from the left side..
