Aries456, thanks for pointing this out. I've thought that for years. No one ever mentions the Bonghorns weak pre-conference schedule year after year after year ... despite the fact they they are picked to be dominant in the Big 12 yet again this year. Go figure. Shouldn't they be playing teams like Boise State, USC, LSU, and Florida to prove that they are a dominant team worthy of their ranking? Why don't they? I'm not making an excuse for Mathews and company ... I just think what is good for the goose is good for the gander. Attack EVERY team in the state that plays a weak preseason schedule. Man, What an ignorant post. This year the schedule included Top 20 Utah who backed out and an SEC team in Arkansas. They played a home and home with Ohio St. in 05' and 06'. They have tried to schedule Alabama and Georgia. Teams will not play them. If I remember right the last time UT played LSU and USC they beat them. Florida might get their shot this year. Keep hoping and praying the Sheep Pumpers can qualify for a bowl game. I dont care about this topic either way but man that was funny. Yeah i wouldnt want to play UT either, an early loss is bad!

There are always hundreds of people on the concourse walking,talking, in line for concessions, or god knows what else These people are not visible from the other side. Just letting you know.

That is a very bold point spread! I think it could be a great game. Often on fridays i wish i could make more than one game, and the 11th wont be an exception.

We have athletes too, and they can do more than just run. This will be a good one at the start i think until we start to pull away, then it could get bad. They are picked as a playoff team in their district also.

I really hope we dont see another hurricane, but if i have to leave ill go to Destin or maybe Gulf Shores with my waverunner ;D Im with the OP, there are way more questions than answers. A few teams are showing themselves to be the real deal but still more seem to create more questions than they answer.

Silsbee will be hungry, however if Lumberton plays efficient ball with few mistakes it will be easy.

I am very much looking forward to Vidor coming to town, going to be a quicker game than this one because last night there were a TON of incompletes. Yeah we did get penalized a lot, id have to say the calls were going the other way if i was a cynic, but i have to say it was a well-officiated game.

have y'all even seen Ennis. or even a team of that caliber ever??? what 4 time state champs, 3 sense 2000 and state finalist. My guess would be NO!!!! Yes we had a meltdown in one quarter (40+ in the 2nd) but those coogs are mad and ready to knock the piss out of someone. My guess is the Indian will not be doing many dances on Friday night... Crosby by 14 ROFLMWAO! But seriously, i was just hitting back about the usual whining about officiating. In all honesty it could be close, depending on our offense clicking well. If they do it will be a long night for crosby. If we do not get in an offensive rhythm it could be bad news for my tribe!
