One comment for the future---The SHORT GIRLS from BC will just lose one Senior this year.  They have a now Freshman that will move in that is TALL and agile for her age.  With Becca and Beth coaching--Hannah-- will also be drilling folks with top-end type spikes as a Sophomore; adding another offensive dimension to the Cardinal team. OF will be tough next year also with a number returning and a strong JV to augment their attack!

I will go with OF again......I stuck my neck way out when the played Silsbee and predicted they would win....and they took Silsbee.  I think they will take H-F also.

I would just like to compliment everyone that added their thoughts to this discussion. It could have been a stressful discussion; but instead was handle with discretion. You folks that posted seem to be quite shrewd, well-informed and perceptive.    ;)

I sure hope BC wins. I have watched WO-S go from 5A to 4A to Big 3-A and now they are the size of BC so let's see what happens when the ground is now level...

I think I will go with OF in five games..  :o Both teams can play great but have a few short inconsistency lapses--that could determine the ultimate winner.  Either or both will make good playoff teams.

It is a tribute to all 21-3A Volleyball teams that there are so many good players that are superior in their position-task.  H-J has an Ace too...Had she been on a team with top defensive play-making she would really excel--even more on her spikes, etc: Taylor McGill is a strong multi-sport athlete--scholarship signed-- to play Softball, but she really helps her team on the VB court also.

I would certainly not count out OF--I think they win one on both of their last games against Sil. & HF....

Certainly all of us who follow sports too believe it is about teamwork; however, this one particular thread is about great individual performances--that does not diminish our belief in great Coach-inspired teamwork objectives. There are probably about a dozen 21-3Aers that could be looked at for MVP: it is such a strong District full of people doing their task very well.

Great analysis Robinhood....Lucky for BC they have played all the hard ones and still have a slight toe-hold...LOL Some crucial games coming up.....what a strong District setting!

Everyone is certainly entitled to their own opinion.....I am just saying IMO Jordan is the best player in all of 21-3A, and I know that is saying lot! Who is the best in 21-3A in YOUR opinion.

Any final score for Sil. vs HF.......It must have gone to H-F, or we would have heard DOMINATION by now..... lol

BCs team had a good set of games tonight...I would predict they will win out in remaining District play. Maybe not...Domination... as we hear constantly; but Determination, would best describe this amazingly athletic-- short in height--well coordinated group of disciplined players.

BC 3 H-J 0 H-J has 6 of their 10 players that are Seniors; however, they have a pretty good group of JV emerging to help out next season.

If I am predicting right after Friday night BC and either HF or OF will be tied for first and the loser of H-F vs OF will be tied with Silsbee for 3nd place Something like this for the standings: BC 4-1 H-F or OF 4-1 loser of this 3-2 Silsbee in tie with loser 3-2 H-J 0-5 WO-S 0-5 Somebody start a Poll on the winner of H-F and OF, this Friday

BC 3-0 over WO-S BC has only one Senior but the team seemed to kick it up a notch tonight...

Any scores in from the SA Tourney?

I understand that the Seahawks have left out at 1 pm yesterday to play in a SA Tourney. Does anyone have on-going scores on these games?

OF wins 3-1 over BC. Look for the Bobcats to secure one of the 3 spots, for sure, They don't fold....a good 3A team!

Orangefield will be a tough opponent for all of the teams. They have stamina, poise, and agility and are getting better daily!
