  1. I believe the baseball/softball programs have taken the steps to make it a good rivalry but the Bear football program needs a few wins to make it one. Winning will bring the respect not just from Brenham but from other programs also. We are winning on a consistent level with average competition but need that next step..... Montgomery 35 Caney Creek 7
  2. I would say Jasper is the one place in SE Texas that always seems tough to play and they are starting to get it back together again.
  3. I'm not a big WOS fan just a fan of good playoff matchups. I seen WOS play in Conroe many times deep in the playoffs and they always field good teams. Navasota is loaded this year and seems like a logical matchup I would like to see. WOS will have to earn it to get there......
  4. I would say Brenham-30 Waller-7 after a couple of Chick fila sandwiches......
  5. I personally would love to see the Navasota offense vs the WOS defense at some point in the playoffs. That alone would be worth the price of admission.....

  7. Large Ones          1. WOS - On cruise control                             2.  PAM -  North Shore is coming for you... Small School 1. East Chambers-  Playing great 2. West Sabine-    Underrated
  8. Knew Brenham would bounce back. Montgomery vs Brenham is how 18-4A should be decided. Is it finally our year.......
  9. Sealy- 26 Cleveland- 20  Final Shepard- 34 The Woodlands Christian Aca- 0    Final Clear Lake-33    Baytown Sterling-22  Final
  10. End of 3rd Quarter. Clear Springs 32 La Porte 8
  11. Nederland-24  Angleton-14  Ned controlling the clock by their running game and keeping Angleton offense off the field. Ned D will do the rest.
  12. Don't know if you watch track very much but Lancaster has won like 5 straight track championships. In the off season maybe somebody showed those guys how to [b]catch[/b] and block to run the ball. They have had the talent, some might be playing football this year. I'm guessing they found a decent coach with that talent...... [Hidden Content] With senior hurdlers Tyler Stephenson and Kendall Hayes leading the way, Lancaster scored 72 points in the 4A state meet Friday in Austin, 34 more than second-place Angleton. Stephenson, a Baylor football signee, won both hurdle races. Hayes, who has signed a football scholarship with Louisiana Tech, was second in the 110s and fourth in the 300s. Both hope to mix track with football in college. this^^^^^

  15. Vidor comes up with some stops, I believe they will pull away in the game..... Clearbrook offense is the best ya'll have seen so far.
  16. Seven Lakes RB had 255 yds Rushing 3 tds..... I don't know if there rush defense is that awesome either....
  17. I think Nederland should be able to run on Angleton, our back had 163 yds and he was a backup (Dobbins, House) till this year. I pick Nederland to win in a close game IMO. We are a shell of the team we used to be, (young) in key positions and stayed close in both games.
  18. This article might answer your question about two of the top teams.... Dawson and Angleton [Hidden Content]
  19. Clear Brook a defensive oriented team, only giving up 577 yds tonight....385 last week (at least that was La Porte) [Hidden Content] [Hidden Content]
