I’m gonna go out on a limb and say this poor slob did some time in Lumberton’s local jail.

I figured. It was an attempt to be comical. If you’ve ever been to a Lumberton game, everyone in the stands has puke blue on (except for the band - they wear black for some reason).

I sincerely apologize, but I think I missed something. Was someone caught shaving points or cheating?

The issue is that Splendora does have a balanced attack and Lumberton does not. The Raiders can run. But if their run gets shut down, then they have no passing game to turn to. Splendors, on the other hand, can do both. Lumberton will have to pull out the stops if they want to beat Splendora. Splendora by 9 and take home the DC.

Look, I don’t care the first thing about Megyn Kelly’s show being cancelled. I’ve never even seen it. But to fire her over an ignorant opinion about someone painting their face white or black (for HALLOWEEN mind you) is ludicrous. The political correctness has gone WAYYYY out of bounds. I guess no more mimes allowed. I guess the movie “White Chicks” with some of the Wayans guys in it can never be seen again. Silver Streak with Richard Pryor and Gene Wilder where Gene Wilder is made up to be a black guy (boom box on his shoulder included) which is a really funny movie - can’t watch that anymore. Dave Chapelle - one of my favorites - dresses up as a white newscaster named Chuck Taylor - is that not funny anymore? Should it be too hurtful for us too watch now? And please don’t even get me started on #metoo. I feel like I can’t even say good morning to a female co-worker without being fearful of losing my job. I know there are horrible prejudices that exist between many races, religions, sexes, etc. There is no condoning any of it either. It’s not right. But neither is a witch hunt on anyone who doesn’t agree with your ideology! I’m talking about Left/Right, Male/Female, Asian/Black/Hispanic/White and any other groups we can put against each other! I’M SO FREAKIN SICK OF IT!!!! (I hope I don’t get fired or exiled over this post)

From what I’ve seen I would agree. Gotta get that arm up to speed. He runs tough for a sophomore qb though!

I’m sure yours is awesome. That’s why I said I’d put mine against any area restaurant gumbo. Too many coon-ajuns in these parts to claim the best homemade gumbo. I do love me some shrimp and crab gumbo!

I like Floyd's gumbo better than Bayou's...although theirs is pretty good too... Hard to beat the homemade stuff though. I'll put mine against any restaurant in this area.

Bayou Café on Major in Beaumont has awesome grilled shrimp tacos.

No excuses being made here... If those adjustments had not been made by the Lumberton coaches, the mighty raiders would never have seen the light of day. Those Lumberton boys fought hard - real hard. Gotcha - I agree with at least splitting some time with a no. 2 or no. 3 QB if you're talking about LCM. Makes a lot of sense. That's what Nick Saban says anyway... Lol
