  1. Problem is you won't post any facts because you don't have any...
  2. I don't represent any team. If you have facts then post them. Fact: The coach was on the sideline after being suspended. I think the boys got railroaded just like you do; the difference is that I am putting the blame on the coach. His disregard for the rules lost those wins for the kids. They are the best team I have seen. That won't change.
  3. The government reported unemployment rate is grossly misleading. When people get tired of looking for a job, or are too discouraged because of the crappy job market for the last 5 years, they fall off the roles of those considered unemployed. Even though they still don't have a job, that's not considered being unemployed; therefore, you get these bogus unreal numbers.
  4. I think we have been very civil about this topic. I am afraid, however, that you don't have any facts that will support your opinion, and that is why you are bowing out of this discussion. The facts are that the coach broke the rules, and the boys had to suffer because of it. Those are the facts.I wish the best to all the Beaumont boys today. I have no doubt they will be awesome! Good luck to all.

    A Game

AMEN! No matter who you are or what team you pull for, you can't disagree with that message.
  6. Lumberton did not force the Beaumont coach or coaches to break the rules even after they were reprimanded. The STJFL is made up of members of more than just Lumberton teams. I'm not agreeing or disagreeing of the disciplinary action that was initially taken, because I (like you I assume) were not in those meetings; however, the head coach present on the sidelines after being kicked out was plain for anyone to see. He did not care what happened by his blatant disregard for his suspension. He let the Bmt boys down. He also said quite clearly that everything is all about him. If he gave any consideration to the kids, he would have stayed away from the sideline. Instead, he gave away another win that those kids earned. I hope he is proud of himself. Unfortunately, people like you don't like to put the blame where it should be. If nothing had been done wrong, then the board would not have had any recourse. You need to reexamine who shares the blame in this issue. STJFL? Lumberton? The Coach? Ask this... Did the first two have anything to do with putting the coach on the sideline after he was suspended? No. That was his selfish decision.
  7. I agree. It was not the kids fault. Once again I also say that the coaches had no regard for those boys. It was their selfish act that did it. If they hadn't given the board a reason to take action, then they would still have those wins. You can't start a fire without fuel. Coaches and players ALL have to adhere to the rules. We win as a team and we lose as a team. They cost their whole team to lose. I just wonder if they're going to keep putting themselves before the kids and break the rules time and again. We will see. Good luck to the Bmt boys. They are so much fun to watch!
  8. You're right. It's a shame those kids had to suffer for what their (ex) head coach did to them. Guess the guy didn't have enough respect for his kids to stay away. It's a shame for those talented young Bmt athletes. They are gifted.
  9. Lefties are usual lee stoopid
  10. Punchline was hilarious!
  11. That's what she said... Lol!
  12. Thank everyone for cutting out the dramatics, back-biting, slurs in response to this topic...
  13. No. Not totally. It's really too little too late. I guess it's better than nothing. My "point the finger" reference was to comment on tvc's post about Obama not doing much of anything til after the elections. I should've added that I bet Obama will have to play a little more golf during this crisis to fully understand the best action to take...
  14. I'm sorry, is that a question or do you actually want yo know? Just wondering.
  15. Ok, so here it goes. I don't post on here that much anymore for several reasons. Not because it's not fun, exciting and interesting, because it really is! It's mostly because, well, I'm so smart that lots of these rants on these threads make little sense. And the spelling, grammar, run-on sentences, etc. Deplorable at best! Still, I find that by turning my back to the literacy issues in addition to the topics that so very much need addressed by my common sense and intelligence is doing EVERYONE a disservice. So, once again, I will give the best advice I have to offer. SHUT UP! Lol.
  16. What seems absolutely crazy to me is that I don't think it even matters to those further left from center what Mr. Obama does or when he does it. He is the Teflon President that the liberal-minded refuse to stick any blame or bad vibes on. I will not hesitate to point the finger at any person, liberal or conservative, that is harming our way of life. I just do not get it...
  17. Ok, I guess I'm just not in sync with the comment, because I still don't get it, but whatever.
  18. Thx Jag. Fair enough. Do you know the initial "sentence" that was handed down?
  19. Without all the dramatics, back-biting, slurs, etc. can anyone explain if there has been any outcome from the coach of the Bmt Sr. team being given disciplinary action one way or the other?
  20. What does that mean? Really?
  21. Not bad, but I'm thinking Vidor over Lum W & OF will play Ktz a little closer, I think.
