  1. For me, it’s not a decorum issue. It’s not really an issue at all because Joe Biden is no longer the candidate. His candidacy was taken from him and gifted to his DEI hire. I could care less he called Trump supporters garbage. It is just proof positive that he should’ve never ran for president the second time in the first place. If you watch that clip, it’s very hard to understand whatever he is even saying. Other than calling me garbage, that is.
  2. I would define "deep run" as 4 rounds deep plus. With that criteria, locally I think Newton has the best chance. PNG, WOS/HF are maybe's...
  3. Lol. You right! Big as that stick they been beatin' down H with. Lol. Seriously though, I'm just glad things are at least getting better on both sides of the coin and hope it keeps going in the right direction.
  4. I agree, but a lot of WOS faithful will try to beat down the head coach if he doesn’t.
  5. I don’t disagree. I’ve already stated the same.
  6. Just for some perspective: The Daily Show host Jon Stewart hit back at critics of comedian Tony Hinchcliffe's performance at former President Donald Trump's Madison Square Garden rally Sunday. Stewart laughed as he said: "There’s something wrong with me. I find that guy very funny. I’m sorry, I don’t know what to tell you," in response to a montage of news anchors expressing indignation over Hinchcliffe’s jokes, Mediate first reported. "Obviously, in retrospect, having a roast comedian come to a political rally a week before election day and roasting a key demographic – probably not the best decision by the campaign politically," Stewart said. "But to be fair, the guy’s just really doing what he does," Stewart added.
  7. I agree. Clinton was pretty Bizarro. Seriously though, I didn’t have a huge problem with Tony’s stand up; that being said, it probably wasn't a wise move.
  8. In a Dave Chapelle, Richard Pryor, George Carlin or any number of other comedians’ stand up routines. It’s a little too light weight for a lot of rap, you know, the stuff on the radio and on most kids’ playlists (and mine). Or if you’re Bill Clinton, the actual action would be appropriate in the Oval Office. Of course he didn’t come inside, he did it all over the poor girl’s dress, but I’m sure you get my point. And that was on the evening news.
  9. Probably wasn't the smartest thing he could've done at a political rally. Wasn't really locker room talk in my opinion though. Tony is a huge comedian with a crazy popular comedic show called "Kill Tony". I probably wouldn't have suggested that material though.
  10. Well, to be clear, I never said you personally criticized any kids. Secondly, you didn’t say L-CM was better than BC “that night”. You said “LCM in 2024 is a better football team than BC.” Not necessarily true. Better that night, yes. And before you feel the need to troll Lumberton, yes L-CM and BridgeCity are both both better than Lumberton.
  11. That’s true using one game as a measuring stick. They’re both really about the same though. That’s all I’m saying.
  12. Not totally defending the joke (although I didn't have a problem with it based on the setting), but it was probably ambiguous enough that innocent ears wouldn't have even known what that meant. From an adult level, it was freakin funny.
  13. One year removed from a state championship team. Probably due to personnel more than anything else.
  14. Wasn't quite as bad as Transgender story time at kindergarten and elementary schools, but I can see your concern. Now did you say minor children were "probably present"?
  15. While neither are very good, L-CM did beat BC ( a smaller school who chose to run the "opt-around" to score easier games than what they had in 4A-D2) by a whopping 3 points- like WOW. Honestly, idk that L-CM fans have much to brag about their team fluttering past the Cards by a measly field goal. Just like idk why BC fans seem to think that the admins' decision to have their team running from its original competition is cause for celebration either. The one constant that doesn't change is the kids that play. None of this sloppy mess is their doing. Congrats to all the young athletes that chose to play this awesome game of football. Hopefully, y'all can survive this mess and all the criticism you young men don't deserve.
  16. Did you play for Silsbee and graduate in ‘85?
  17. You don’t (can’t) believe this statement.
