I know y'all think Lumberton playing LCM is like a bully picking on a smaller school, but that's who's in their district. Not much they can do about it. I know being WO-S's little sister all these years have given y'all a complex, but keep recruiting their players. Y'all will be ok!

That's funny. I remember them going 2 rounds deep in 18-19 & 19-20 before Reyes got there. They crapped the bed 20-21. 21-22 they went 1 round deep Reyes's first year then 3 rounds deep his second year. Which tells me that 20-21 was a personnel issue, not a coaching issue.

Doesn't bother me really. The better teams generally go further and making it to the 3rd or 4th round and beyond is something to be proud of. The 4 team playoffs let us watch more football too which I am always a fan of. Then there's the occasional upset from a 3rd or 4th seeded team. That's always exciting to see. I've thought about it both ways, and I truly don't see a big downside to it. Let 'em play. No harm, no foul.
