  1. I’m not holding my breath. Just like Hillary never got into trouble, a questionable election was overlooked, and countless other incidents have gone unpunished, I’m skeptical if anything at all will happen no matter what the evidence.
  2. Really, the only game that matters right now is Stafford. Glad you’re making it to the game. Bring a jacket!
  3. By their level of play to this point. I think they’re a good team, just not championship caliber. I’ll give some examples: Loss to FBM by 3 scores Only beat a young mediocre Nederland team by 2 points (I know, I know, “…but it was MCM!”) Only beat a little better than average Dayton by 1 score Look, I’m rooting for them, I support them, I’m just saying their resume’ doesn’t scream Championship to me.
  4. Just so I'm understanding correctly... Does that mean you think they have a good chance to win the state championship this year? Like, in Football?
  5. No argument here...just don't think the Indians are a championship team this year.
  6. Is your first initial P? Some of the posters were asking…
  7. You said it. One game at a time. Let’s get through this one first.
  8. Yep. 1987 if I remember correctly. Worked with Milo.
  9. Yep. I worked with him at KYKR/KLVI back in the 80’s (I was just a kid…). Not only a great broadcaster, but a great guy altogether.
  10. +1,000 My buddy Dave Hofferth comes to mind. He was a great Basketball play by play guy. Did it for the Astros for a short stint too.
  11. And it was family driven, trying to give my family of 5 (one who has special needs) a brighter future.
  12. Dont be sad for me. I chose a career that pays a lot more. That’s all. There are a lot of ex and current coaches on here. You may not know it. I just made the comment that studying blocking schemes doesn’t leave one sucking their thumbs or rocking or whatever else. I didn’t have one hell of a coaching career. I was never even a head coach. But I know what it takes to coach. Nobody cries or pisses themselves. Mostly a bunch of guys that work hard and tirelessly. I’m not going to stoop to try to degrade you like you tried with me. Through your posts, I think you will accomplish that on your own. Good day.
  13. Well, it’s not as difficult as you make it sound…not at that level. Nobody gonna be rocking in a corner sucking their thumbs. It was more difficult at the college level. Can’t comment on the pros.
  14. Unfortunately, Diboll won’t be far behind.
