Think Dayton 2 years ago give the cougs early confidence and that defense will settle in and play well. 2 predictions. 1) shortest game of the year for the cougars will be 2 great running teams going at it. 2) Cougs win this one by 2 points game in the 20's range. Being an East Texas Boy... Longview is one of my favorite teams to watch... They will have their hands full, but they are known to pull it out over some of the best! Longview by 3!

[/quote] If your son played at Dawson/Manvel, I'm sure you know where the stadium is at. Coach Wells at Dawson likes playing there during the playoffs and Manvel played LaMarque there last year. [/quote] Angleton was under coached for years and still performed well on the field.  My son played against Angleton @ Dawson(sophomore 2008-2009) and later with Manvel (jr 2009-10) ... When the Wildcats are coached well, with confidence riding high they are very hard to beat.  They have the athletes to compete with the best.

Texas City by 3... , but with PNG at home... it's hard to call.  I was very impressed with PNG and their followers after last years loss to Manvel.  Gonna just go with 24-4A!
