Great job Crosby. Y'all came to win and you beat us fair and square playing mistake free ball. I guess our boys were looking ahead to playoffs next week. They had won 12 district games in a row. This one really hurt on our own field. The boys were not very happy about it after the game. I say they will bounce back next week and win. Good luck to the Crosby Cougars next week Enjoy your hard earned victory.

One starting linebacker ( Dolan)and one returning safety starter( Sarria). A lot of the non starters have seen significant playing time this year as well. Nick O'neill and Landon Jacobson at fullback and RB respectively. Add to that a 9-1 JV team and our coaches. Yea, I think it is a reloading year regardless of how many seniors we are graduating. Did I miss anyone?

Love the post Grad. As the father of a senior it is especially touching. It has been such a gift to watch him and all his teammates grow and mature from young flag footballers to the present. I will miss these seniors so much.

Clay McDonald was also a district 1st team fullback last year and is doing a great job for us this yr. as well. Our whole defense should get the MVP but I would say that Reuter is the heart and soul. He should play D1 next yr. IMHO. Go BH! [/quote] Coach:  Definitely Ronnie Gage Defensive MVP should easily go to Reuter or Troxell; however, don't forget about Sexton, Dolan, Sarria, McMillan, Goundry, Pearson, etc.... MVP and Offensive MVP – Both Newcomb and Duke have earned their spot at the top of 19-4a; however, if I had to choose, I would have to go with Newcomb.  That kid is like that Energizer Bunny, he just keeps going and going and then right when you think he’s going to go down, he breaks free again.  As for the "clutch touchdowns" yeah,  #8 crossed the goal line, but I don't see either of those touchdowns happening without the huge/timely blocks by #20.
