Texas City had the game won from what i heard, they lost by 4, Dawson struggled the whole game.
Yea but I don't think GCM can pull it off, but who knows, strange things happen. ;)

Gonna have to lay it down for the night , but I love the way our district race is right now, gives everyone another week of excitment, what do you all think?

Then I will be the first one to apologize for the embarrassment we hand central that night. 8)
No need. You didn't need to apologize at last here's homecoming as well. ;D You figure we would learn our lesson with scheduling those kinds of teams on homecoming night...
Hey it wasn't that bad last year lol. I really enjoying yall festivities. It was quite entertaining.
They do have great entertainment, they beat us at our homecoming, and their band out entertained our band. Man had the band moms and dads mad for weeks lol. Everyone enjoyed them except the band moms and dads, most of the town are looking forward to seeing them perform again. ;D
Yea. I have us with losses to Vidor and Nederland. We have a slight chance with an upset with Vidor. I realistically see us beating I PN-G next week setting up some interesting games, on of which includes a trip to Livingston against your Lions.
Yea, and guess what lol that will be homecoming for Livingston.
-
We need to win, but it is a must for Central because you schedule gets tougher the rest of the way, don't you think?

NED and Vidor are sure bets.
the thing i noticed with Ozen is they really don't have a running game against a disciplined d-line. give the qb time and the recivers will get open. pressure him, and he will try to force it to avoid the sack. this was their downfall in the second half of our game. . once our db's backed off and kept the recievers infront of them, the qb was hesitant to throw it. and when he did throw, it was out of desperation and had no chance of completion. just look at the second half stats. i know all about the what ifs and shoulda, coulda, woulda. but we play the whole game like the second half, it wouldn't have been close. just sayin.
This is exactly what I got from a reliable unbiased contact that was at the game. In his words 'he just refused to pull the trigger'.
We'll see how he fair in the jungle, can be tough on a QB there. if he can't handle the atmoshere there, he'll have a long night. It will be tough Friday as the Lions try to get back in the race.
Yes, but I think that he's be ok. Ozen will need a way to consistently keep their speedsters in space. Now, Ozen will have a game plan for Collins. I hope Coach Rowe will have some adjustments handy...
Rowe always has something different on offense, and our team is a better team playing at home even though they always come to play anywhere, but at home brings out the best in them. Good luck to you all , you should be sitting 2-1 after Friday.
Homefield advantage will be the lady screeching in the sound systems deafening the Ozen players and staff. ;D ;) Thanks for the good words. I hope we are 2-1 as well going into that big showdown with Vidor on homecoming night.
Disrespectful! :D
Lmbo. I wasn't going to say anything...
No you didn't, it wasn't the best crew, I've seen better but to call them clowns is going a little over board ;D give them a break. There was only two that had no idea where they were.
Well who do you got? Nederland almost got caught sleeping and I don't think that will happen again. Nederland will have some of the offensive line back which allows DeShawn to play just defense. Bears like to run with Sezar as he is a legit 4.4 guy. I think DOGS defense will be to much and slow him down. Dogs offense gets line play straight and we see Hopkins run for another 200 yards. Dogs 35-14.
I agree with everything you said, but LCM has a descent passing game and they are at home. Will be tough but Nederland will come ready to play from start to finish in this game. Nederland 35 LCM 21
Livingston's fumble at the one was their signature for the rest of the game. Their QB and WR were awesome but need one more player to compliment them. Sloppy game from both teams. The straight up punt, the snap over the head for a safety, and a couple dropped punts, (all special teams) were killers for Livingston also. Good luck the rest of district.
You are right, good luck to you all, will be checking the dogs out in the playoffs. -

This should be a great game to attend, but Ozen is coming to the Jungle so I'll have to be there. PAM will win this in a close one only because it at North Shore.
Livingston had two studs....#14 & #15. They played both sides of the ball all night. Very talented but not enough to overcome Ned's second half onslaught. The way we ran the ball in the second half was just pure fun to watch. I still bark and yell. I don't care if I offend. I often wonder why some people even attend live games. They can watch the replay at home with no one around to bother them.
Yea, the 2nd half was all Ned, they seem like a different team. I believe we missed our chance in the 1st half while Ned was sleep walking, but you all wake up after halftime. I hope you all don't take LCM lightly, because they are a dangerous team and can sneak up on you with that running back, man he is fast. Good luck to you all and hope Dayton and Ned don't end up facing each other in the first round, I wouldn't want to see that happen. But we don't want dayton again either ;D we don't have to worry about seeing Ned again. -

Get ready because it will be a down year in every sport at PNG! You heard here first, Faircloth WILL LEAVE after this season!
First off congrats to Lcm and secondly you have know idea what you are talking about with Faircloth leaving.
hey 55-0 was definitly a possibility ;D

Congrat Nederland you escaped that upset tonight, but have to tell you the truth: I didn't see a state championship team out there tonight. You still might get upset by Ozen, good luck rest of the year.
